I am very pleased with the products I purchased for my husband and myself. I had been referred to Manta from my daughter who is a lighter sleeper than myself and I loved her sleep mask. I purchased a silk mask for myself and a basic for my husband, with ear plugs for when we travel. I had a question that Erica, in Customer Service, resolved with ++ service as well. I am very impressed with Manta and highly recommend them!

I’d heard a lot of great things about Manta Sleep masks, so I decided to buy one for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged, so I contacted customer support for help. Kristy Valencia was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. They quickly arranged for a replacement sleep mask to be sent at no additional cost and apologised for the inconvenience. This level of service really stands out and will definitely encourage me to choose Manta again in the future.

Excellent products and outstanding customer service!

I bought my first Manta Mask in 2021. One of my coworkers suggested a weighted mask as I suffered debilitating migraines. I was surprised of how it had the perfect pressure for those nasty migraines and it completely shut out any light! I ended up buying the original mask for napping and travel and I couldn't be happier with both purchases! They are still so soft and plush and block all light.

I was on the fence about purchasing either a sound mask or the white noise machine. I already had a white noise machine, which was more annoying than helpful. But, I also love to fall asleep to Yoga Nidra meditations. I ended up settling on the noise machine and felt super excited to receive it last Friday. Unfortunately upon powering on and pairing my booster speaker, the white noise machine speaker decided that it didn't want to go on and started sputtering and producing popping and other odd noises that signified an electronic issue. I tried the usual shutting off and powering it on again, unplugging it and plugging it back it, and then letting it sit for a while before trying it again. Unfortunately, it never came back to life.

I reached out to the Manta team within the hour of receiving it with a video. Because it was the weekend I didn't hear back right away, but understandably so. When I did hear back, Sienna offered a sincere apology and included info on troubleshooting steps. Even though I walked through them the speaker did not reset. Sienna and the team decided to just send me another speaker with no questions asked or requests made. I felt so supportive and so very well taken care of! Even though they mentioned understanding how frustrating this could be I just reassured them that, although it was a bummer, it wasn't frustrating at all. These things happen but I also know the quality of products they make. I've LOVED my Manta masks for the last 5 years. And if they ever fall apart, I will order new ones! I am beyond thankful for such quality. This speaker thing is just a fluke I believe but I was thankful to experience their quality that is extended to their customer support team.

Lifesaver-We recently moved into a very creaky apartment on the 1st floor and could hear every movement of our upstairs neighbors. I'm now getting sleep again thanks to my Manta white noise machine. I'm so thankful I found it!!

I have purchased from them multiple times, in love the product, the quality, and the service! As a third-shifter with a sleep disorder I swear by manta masks and have bought multiple for loved ones on birthdays or Christmas. I own three masks myself, the first of which I purchased probably four years ago and it is still fully functional and in great condition, I only bought the initial extra to use when one needs to be laundered and my most recent purchase was the silk mask. I am a picky sleeper and I love their products!

Ordered the silk mask and knew right away that it wasn’t going to work for me (side-sleeper). Customer service was responsive and very helpful. No regrets ordering from them! I just wish the mask worked for me because it really seems to be great quality

Excellent customer service. Courier didn't deliver my product to me despite marking it as delivered. Manta immediately shipped a new one out which arrived promptly.

I like my Manta pro sleeping mask. It is different from a conventional sleep mask. The mask does not put pressure on my eyes and blocks out light at my nose bridge. I find it comfortable to sleep with it on my face.

Replaced and old silk model.-Bought this sleep mask for my wife. She had an old silk model that she had used forever. She loves this one and pledges to take care of it.

This is my second purchase from them. I have migraines and these sleep masks help so much.

Umm what is the difference between this and the 184820814 other white noise sound machines on the market...nothing except the pricetag. Waste of money and high hopes. TBH the sound machines on amazon are far superior.

I purchased a previous gen mask and after wearing it for two months, I didn't like it, and wanted to get a new one. Well, not only did they refund my money, but they had me keep the old one! Perfect service.

My white noise machine stopped working and customer support quickly got a replacement out to me. Have been using this and the sleep mask for years and cant imagine sleeping without them.

I had ordered two masks, and after several tries, concluded that we were not a good fit. This has nothing to do with the quality of the product but more with my very 'messy' way of sleeping. I shared my concern with a customer service representative who offered a refund. We had a very honest, friendly, constructive email exchange. I could really feel that they are genuinely interested in their customers' satisfaction.
