Quality product and amazing customer service
I’ve been considering the Manta Sleep Sound mask for a while after seeing them on YouTube so finally decided to buy one.
The quality is top notch. I’ve tried no-name brand Bluetooth headbands off of Amazon and they feel cheap and fall apart. That’s not the case here (which makes sense, you’re paying for a premiere product).
Unfortunately, after trying the mask I found that I just can’t sleep with it on. It’s not the mask that’s the problem, it’s very comfortable, I just apparently can’t sleep with stuff on my eyes. It also was interfering a bit with my cpap at first, but I was able to adjust around that.
Disappointed it didn’t work out for me, I reached out and asked for a refund. Kristy, the customer service rep, helped me out immediately. I was so impressed with the resolution and quality of the product that I ended up buying several of their sleep “accessories” - the travel pillow, the black out dots, and the white noise machine to replace our old one that’s started to rattle.
I would recommend Manta to anyone!

Trustworthy Company!
The experience was wonderful. The mask didn’t fit as well as I had hoped for and I thought the eye padding was a little hard. After I contacted Mantra, not only did they refund the cost of the mask, but told me to keep it or pass it on. Outstanding customer service!

I don't usually give 5 stars, but when it is deserved...
I don't normally give out five (5) star reviews, but the pleasure I had with my issues, Erica Amaro, totally helped me with them and went above and beyond what I was expecting with my purchase. To start, I had accidentally ordered the 10 year Anniversary Mask thinking it came with the built-in speakers. I immediately contacted Manta and told them my mistake as well as ordered the correct ones. They were very understanding and even offered to let me have the 10 year Anniversary Mask as I awaited my Manta Sound+. Then, after I received the Sound+, the left speaker kept crackling as if it didn't have a solid connection. Again, E. Amaro, was there to help me exchange it. Their prompt and pleasant attitude while handling my situation moved me to purchase a set of heat cups for my Mask to go with the Cooling ones. Long story short, the customer service I experienced is off the charts. Thank you Erica and thank you Manta for the rare enjoyable experience of dealing with a company that values their customers. I will be recommending this company to all that wish to obtain a sleep mask.

Little risk, big reward
I have 2 Manta sleep masks (one for home one for travel). Also have the cool cups which are great for headaches, tired eyes, puffy eyes, or just relaxing. I use them often and they have held up for years. I decided to try the ear plugs because I trust the quality of their products and I’ve always gotten amazing customer service from them. Turns out the ear plugs weren’t a good fit for my small ears, but it was worth the risk because it was easy to get refunded. Give them a shot!

AMAZING PRODUCT
AMAZING PRODUCT. From a product standpoint 5 STAR. Giving an overall rating of 3 because only 1 of the two masks I ordered arrived. Still waiting on resolution from the other mask.
The mask does not dry out the eyes, it blocks all sunlight, does not fall off the face, and is very comfortable to sleep with.

Great product and even better customer service
I bought a Manta Sleep eye mask for my husband for Christmas and he's loved it every day since. We've washed it a few times and during the most recent wash we experienced a quality issue with the eye cups. I contacted customer service who was absolutely delightful to deal with. Erica was pleasant, responsive and reassuring. After answering a few questions, she kindly replaced the eye cups for free and we had them in a matter of days. Great customer service is so hard to find these days and our experience with Manta Sleep was exceptional. Thanks again, Erica, for all your help!

Love manta sleep
I really love the manta sleep masks. I own multiple of them. Each a little different but all of them offer me to sleep in complete darkness. They have saved me so many times and made sure I could get some sleep in light environments.

Cheap velcro and bad customer service

I came across this company over social…
I came across this company over social media ads, and as someone who prioritises sleep quality i was always on the fence but so keen to try this. I did so much research and finally decided to pull the plug and it is the best decision i have ever made.
Before using the sleep mask my sleep score was around the 70’s. It has shot up to 90’s and my deep sleep hit 2 hours which has never happened before!
The mask is such good quality, you can really tell where your money is going. I initially got the red, and as i use it outside a lot i realised the colour wasn’t really for me so i emailed for an exchange. The team are super nice. I felt silly about asking for that reason but you can tell how much they prioritise sleep that they understood! They have sent me a replacement and let me keep my original which i will be gifting to my partner as he keeps trying to steal mine 😂
If you’re on the fence i would really reccomend it and if its not for you, their return policy is amazing.

Manta Sleep is an amazing company that stands by their name and promises. I purchased the newest edition with Bluetooth because my daughter has a pair and she absolutely loves them. Unfortunately, for me they were not a good fit. The mask was great, I’m just not used to wearing something on my face. The Bluetooth feature dies too quickly. My daughter started the same issue with hers. Customer service was amazing. A little slow in responsible, but was very apologetic. Customer service made it right with my fitting of the mask. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

I’ve been using manta for a little while now and it’s made a huge difference in my sleep quality. The material is super soft and comfortable, and it blocks out light really well without feeling too tight on my face. I also love that the strap is adjustable, so it stays in place throughout the night. It’s lightweight, breathable, and perfect for travel or daytime naps too. I wake up feeling much more rested since using it. Definitely a great purchase for anyone who struggles with light while sleeping!
