This mask is so comfortable and functional! It does a great job at keeping light out from all directions and the eye cups keep pressure off of my eyes. The silk material is soft and gentle on my sensitive skin. Also love the purple color!

I recently had a fantastic experience with Manta Sleep. Their customer service team was excellent, making a return and a new order for a few masks completely seamless.
Manta masks are the gold standard for complete blackout, and as a side sleeper, I love that they stay comfortable all night. I’m currently using the Manta Sound Mask—it takes a little getting used to, but once you do, you won’t look back. It’s an absolute game-changer.

Excellent Customer Service and High Quality Products
Manta Sleep's customer service is extraordinary! I was having some issues charging the Sleep SOUND Mask and Erica Amaro, from customer service immediately sent help with great instructions. Also, the Manta travel neck pillow was amazing. After a cancelled international flight, my rebooking was not in a window seat, which I always purchase. No problem at all with my new neck pillow and I slept great! I highly recommend Manta and their high quality products and Erica has gone above and beyond in her customer service. Thanks SO much!

Perfect for side sleepers
After receiving my mask very quickly after I ordered it, I unboxed it and straight away you can see the extremely high quality of it.
Very soft very comfortable.
I'm a side sleeper I have sensitive ears and can't use Sleep headphones, I've tried most brands, the headphones in these are flat and I didn't feel them at all, the sound quality was very good as well.
All in all 5 STARS

i wish rhe speakers were a tad more powerful, there are certain songs that even in max you can still barely hear it. I have to buy a seperate sleep buds to put me to sleep.

High Quality Products, Trustworthy Team
Their sleep mask with built-in headphones is of noticeably high quality. As a side sleeper, the ear-padding over the speakers wasn't enough for me (personally – although I haven't found anything much better in that regard). They kindly honoured their guarantee, so their customer service is trustworthy.

Super good quality
Super good quality. I’ve got one of their basic masks going on 3 years now. Comfortable, no pressure on the eyelids. I work nights so I wear a lot of masks, and my Manta one is the only one that never gives me a headache. Customer service is responsive and solves issues quickly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Unfortunately the sleep Sound Mask was too big for me as I have a very small head. When I contacted customer service not only did they give me a refund but they told me to keep the mask and gift it to a friend. Nice!

I love these eye-wraps and product support.
I love these eye-wraps. The best in the market and I've used everything. They are completely lightproof, they are very comfortable as they don't touch the actual eyes, and there is no metal hardware to rub on ears or snag on bedding.
I also suffer from ocular rosacea and so need to have a warm eye compress from time-to-time. I have used other microwave compresses, but the STEAM eye cups are amazing, and they fit right into the mask template.
I did end up having an issue with my first mask as it was black and some of the dye bled onto my white pillowcase. When I sent an email to support, they followed up immediately and refunded my money. Which I turned right around and bought a white one.

I was not able to use the product
I was not able to use the product, but Manta quickly refunded my purchase without question and was extremely kind and polite. My brother is a retired commercial airline pilot and absolutely loves his mask. Pilots, due to their fluctuating schedules, have to be able to block out all light and sleep at any time of day, so I put great faith in his experience. However, I suppose because I have a very small head, the fit didn’t work for me and I found it to be uncomfortable and couldn’t use it. But, I can’t praise the company enough for being great to deal with. The product was delivered within days of order also.

Great Product and Great Customer Service
I am very happy with the Sound Mask latest generation. It's really good and worth every penny.
I tried several others that were supposed to be for side sleepers and found they hurt my ears overnight. This one doesn't. I really like how you can move the headphones easily to fit over your ear for good fit and great sound quality.
The light blocking is also very good as I sometimes take naps during the day and no longer have to close my shades to make the room dark.
I am also very pleased with the customer service I received. I had a battery issue and they were very responsive. I got sidetracked with work and failed to respond in a timely fashion and they followed up to make sure I didn't forget to respond. Very proactive and much appreciated.
After some easy troubleshooting, I sent a picture of the battery issue, they sent me a new unit right away. Fast, friendly and professional.
I've already told other frequent travelers I know about the mask and the service since I'm super happy with the experience. I did a LOT of research before buying and am confident I made the right decision. The positive customer service experience was icing on the cake.

I originally purchased the pro sleep mask and the sound sleep mask for my husband as a black friday deal in 2023 - absolutely love the products! Last month (march 2026), the Velcro detached from the eyepiece, so I asked for a replacement. Initially, they sent me a coupon code for a new mask, but I politely asked them if they could make this a warranty replacement, and Erica worked it out so I could just get the replacement pieces I needed. The eye mask is clearly very good…
The eye mask is clearly very good quality and looks cool. It looks and seems to be as described. I’m very picky and it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Just a little more bulky than what I wanted. I let them know and they could not have handled the return better. It is the best quality eye mask I’ve seen, so even though it wasn’t right for me, I think most people would like it. Customer service was perfect and I appreciate them.

I love your products!
I work overnight and have for a decade now. Sleep during the day was so hard for so long. Other Sleep masks helped but had issues with light slipping in.
Then I saw the ads, and tried your original Manta Sleep Mask. It worked. I got one for my partner and she loved it! When that one wore out, I got your Manta Sleep Mask Pro. It was even better!
I intend to acquire one of your silk ones soon.
