I bought a Brooklyn Mahjong 36 last March and hasn’t received the watch yet. It was stated on the website that early orders will be shipped by end of June. I tried sending an email and got a very ruth reply. Asked that I should wait until September. Really disappointed with the poor service and attitude.

I pre-ordered the new Maen Hudson 38 Mk 5, and it was delivered on time. Good communication throughout. And the watch is stunning - looks like it costs 4x the price!

Probably wasting my time but you, for the past few years, bite off more than you can chew. I own one of your watches with a Jade dial, but I had to wait 8 months for it...As much as I'd love another one of your watches, I'm simply not going to bother. You are established now so build your watches and then sell them, and stop behaving like a new company on Kickstarter...

Great watch brand, I had al little defect in the past within my warrenty en MEAN helped me with a fitting sulution.

i own 2 manhatan ultra thin 37mm (salmon and Green) and the watch is of great quality. also their service is very responsive. i recommend Main.

Very nice watch that looks and feels it should be in a price category above. It’s a great size and has a nice luxury feel and look. The rotating bezel is a little on the stiff side, but for me it’s not an issue. I highly recommend this brand on my purchase experience!

Love my 37mm. Should‘ve gotten the 39 or bigger. Oh well. Still love my watch!

I have a Manhattan 39 hand wound for a year and a half now, and wearing it daily in rotation with another watch. The quality of the steel is extraordinary, I can barely see any scratches.
The mechanism is great, I do not see any problems, the quality of the dial has got me praises everywhere I went in the world, it is a great looking watch and a real value for money option!
I will definetly go for a second maen watch really soon !

Amazing value!

This watch is my first big ticket watch purchase and I could not be happier. Everyone had a Rolex!!😂 there is a queue I like to follow the next thing and MAEN is it for me in watches. Lovely design a such good value I think this will be my first of many.

A lovely watch that is very classy amd striking yet subtle in its visual delivery. I put this in my favorite watch box, box 1 of 9.

I purchased the Manhattan 37 no date with a salmon dial. The watch is extremely well made and accuracy is better than advertised, currently running at +/- 2 seconds. The finishing is better than the pricing would suggest as well. The watch arrived quickly as well and in perfect condition. Pricing may not be as competitive as it could be anymore (especially when duties are added), but the watch with the new LJP movement in top grade is still a fantastic value for those that want a lower cost but premium Gerald Genta design homage watch. Lastly, any gremlins that reddit users experienced with Maen in the past seems to be gone now.

I am a watch collector and got one of these watches during a trade. I have seen other Chinese low cost with better movements. If these watches are swiss. I am a martian.

Look of the watch is great but quality is not that good... Huge deception.

Bad service. Didnt wanna return the strap. Wanted to charge me 45$ for dhl and that’s how much was the stripe. Bad bad bad… will not recommend this brand to anyone and i’m in watch industry.
