Was dubious ordering as was advertised on FB but decided to take a chance after reading reviews. Dress I ordered was nice and fitted well I have worn several times already.

Lovely dress but fabric isn’t cotton and came up too small for me around the bust so I would say buy the next size up to what you are normally. Hassle to return for full refund Sue

Having read reviews after placing my order I was very concerned about the dress ordered and whether it was going to be a good fit and what the quality would be like. I needn’t have worried as dress arrived in a timely fashion, fits well and is a cool fabric lovely for the hot days we’ve had.

I ordered a beautiful dress that I thought was the largest. When it came it was too small, my fault,but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had the dress I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb customer service

Easy and simple navigate

I recently ordered a dress from Made by Jessica it was very slow in arriving and then did not fit and they sent the wrong design. On asking to return this they kept on asking for more information like pictures showing it did not fit and a picture of the dress. Eventually they said I could return it for a full refund but that I had to return it to the US and not there UK warehouse . This cost more than the dress so they offered me 15% of the cost of the dress which was insulting. I am still waiting for this %.
My advice stay well away from this firm.

A beautiful skirt. I ordered the navy, lovely flowing material with buttons down the front. Sadly too small for me, so I will need to exchange for a larger size.

My parcel spent an extra day with the courier, but it still arrived safely and exactly as packed. The quality of the clothing definitely made up for the slight delay.

The dress I've received today (ordered 4 weeks ago) is nothing more than tat!! Made by Jessica is a Chinese company and I'm sure their adverts contravene Trades Description. The advert for the dress advised that Jessica was now closing the company due to the birth of her child. And yes, I was stupid enough to part with £35 for a dress which looked really lovely on the model. Today's arrival is a cheap polyester ill-made and ill-fitting garment.

I asked customer support about sizing because I was between two options. They replied the following day with helpful advice and the size they suggested fit perfectly. I'm glad I asked before ordering.
