I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the items received. I am sorry I did not read some of the reviews before making my purchase. I would go so far as to say the products are not wearable. I feel embarrassed that I was taken in by the website and the images used to advertise the clothes. I would urge potential buyers to not spend money on what is absolute inferior merchandise.

MISLEADING & POOR QUALITY - don't waste your time or money

Very clever marketing, makes you think that you're buying from a UK company with a London store owner closing down as she is pregnant.

I ordered what looked to be a White cotton linen trouser suit. I checked the sizes and ordered a large (size 14).

Item took quite a long time to arrive, when it did arrive the material is extremely inferior and flimsy, it is cream would fit a size 10 person.

After numerous emails back and forth, photos etc it turns out to return you need to send to Los Angeles even though they are based in Hong Kong at your own expense, which for tracked international is costly.

I ended up accepting a £16.48 refund on a £54.00 order and left with a garment which is fit for the charity bag

They are however expecting your money for absolute rubbish.

Do not buy from this company. It is based in China. Dress I received did not resemble picture in any way.
Took weeks to come and when arrived was cheap and nasty polyester. Only fit to be used as a duster!
Not holding out hope of a refund!!

The items I sent requested are badly sized. I would like to return them but I can't get Made by Jessica to answer my numerous emails. Dreadful customer service. I am going to take the matter further.

I would leave no stars if that were possible.

I ordered a floaty three piece suit for a wedding. It took almost two weeks to arrive (customs? China?) and I was so disappointed in the colour and the horrible material when it arrived. It was also a poor fit. No paperwork in the parcel other than a card with an email address. I contacted them straight away asking for return details so I could be refunded.
So far, in four days, I have exchanged more than ten emails with the customer support team and I still have no return details.
They asked for photo/video evidence that the item isn’t suitable! They offered a replacement (why would I want a substandard item replaced with another?) They offered a 15% discount code for my next order but that’s really not happening. STILL NO RETURN INFORMATION.
I have raised a dispute through my bank after waiting the requisite 15 days since the money left my account. They will now take this up on my behalf.
*In response to this company’s reply below, I have exchanged eleven emails with the “customer service” department between 13th and 16th July and have not been refunded or given any return details. My bank is now acting for me.

Do not be fooled by this clothing company, I have received items that are cheap and sub standard for the price charged.
They claim that if you are dissatisfied "Returns are Easy' that is a lie.
I have been asked to send photos and details of my complaint , which I have done and now trying to return them is still proving impossible as the emails have ceased and the returns forms not sent.
Once any goods are ordered and delivered you cannot return them or receive a refund no matter how the company reply on this platform.

The dress took ages to arrive (10 days?) was very poor quality for 3 reasons. Bad shape, see through and terrible fabric which creases badly, sent in a small vacuum packed parcel.
Tried to get a refund. First email back offered me 15% off next item, 2nd email offered 30% off next item neither of which I accepted. As if I wanted to buy from them again! All contact seems AI generated. Phone number no longer in use. Still not resolved. Beware! Do not buy!

Jessica doesn’t even merit one star. Their service is chaotic. The item I ordered was said to be instovk and was despatched 2 days after I placed the order . However it went back to processing and was in and out of that and despatched AGAIN a week later and then took over a week to arrive, THEN I found it was the WRONG item and ten days layered I’m still trying to find out how to return it and get a refund.

I was completely sucked in by what appeared to be a genuine story about a London boutique owner who was pregnant and closing down to go on maternity leave, with a heavily discounted “last chance” sale before the baby arrived. It created a real sense of urgency, and I genuinely believed I was buying high-quality boutique clothing at a bargain price.

Unfortunately, the reality couldn’t have been more different.
The clothing I received looked absolutely nothing like the photographs on the website. The images show what appears to be high-quality, natural-looking fabrics with a beautiful drape and fit, but what arrived was thin, shiny polyester of very poor quality. The colours, material, fit and overall appearance were completely different from what was advertised. The stitching and finish were also extremely disappointing.
After ordering, I started researching the company because my parcel was taking longer than expected to arrive. I was shocked to find so many customers describing the same experience. When my order eventually arrived, I understood exactly what they meant.

I contacted customer services with side-by-side comparison photos clearly showing how different the items were from the website images. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, they insisted the products matched the description and offered only a 15% “goodwill” refund, later increasing it to 25%. To receive a full refund, I was told I would have to pay for international return shipping, despite the items being so different from what was advertised.
In my experience, the products were significantly not as described, and the customer service left me feeling completely unsupported. I am now having to pursue a chargeback through my bank to recover my money.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend reading independent reviews before ordering, as I certainly wish I had.

This company is falsifying what it really is. It shows a picture of a London Street and makes out that it is UK based - IT ISN'T!! It's a Hong Kong based company, with very poor quality items, which take weeks to arrive. You only get 12 hours from ordering to cancel. I wrote to them as soon as I saw the statement saying there could be delays due to "factory refurbishment" but it was 2 days after placing the order. They shipped it 5 hours after I wrote to cancel and it arrived 2 weeks later.
I would never wear the "rag" they sent. Avoid them at all costs.

Stuff took ages to arrive and was too small when it Did and Returns only to Hong Kong!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!! Fantastic marketing but not sure Jessica actually exists.
They then asked for £14.95 to return the item, having said sizing correct! I am only 5 ft 2 so this cannot be right.

The shirt fitted but the colour was not as shown. There was no label for fabric, washing instructions, country of origin. The fabric was disappointing and badly cut.
What’s more my complaint to the email address given with the item was returned as non existent.

The dress that I ordered was too small and so I tried to make a return. Firstly, the phone no given is no longer in use and another one isn't given. The only way i could contact the store was via a form. the company informed me that a return would be costly and offered a 10% refund and no return. I declined this and they have since ignored me and given me no return address or more reasonable offer. The company states the clothes are made in the UK and I would not have ordered from them had i known this was untrue.

Absolutely dreadful material. Pattern/shape do not even resemble the dress in the photograph on their website. Made to look as if the garments are made in the uk - they are made in and shipped from China. If you want to return an item that has no faults, you have to pay the shipping costs and customs fees. NEVER AGAIN‼️

Avoid at all costs. The website claims to be a business based in London using photographs of a shop on a London street. It also states that Jessica is closing her business due to the imminent arrival of her baby. This is a total fabrication and they are actually based in China. The dress I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and is made of cheap polyester. I immediately attempted to return the dress only to be asked to send photographs of the problems with the dress. I have now emailed them 3 times to request a return only to receive the same reply.

Read a lot of negative reviews about returns and wanted to cancel my order. Website states I can cancel within 12 hours which I did. I was offered a 50% per cent reduction on items that had not even been shipped! I asked for a full refund and stated that if emails were checked it could be seen I had cancelled well within the 12 hour time limit. No reply to this email but an email saying the items were on their way. Total scam. Terms and conditions stated on website are ignored. Do not trust this company. Take note of negative reviews. Rules that apply to UK Companies obviously do not apply to Companies based elsewhere.
