A great, personal service, the people manning the phone lines are always friendly and helpful and the service is prompt.

I don't normally review anything but I felt compelled to provide feedback on my exceptional service from Macgregor and Macduff. I contacted the main customer service team and David was incredibly helpful giving me advice on what blazer/waistcoat and suit would go with the family kilt we had for my son. The service was very quick and I picked up the Blazer etc from the Yoker shop. Jade looked after us in the Yoker shop and was so incredibly helpful, advising us on the right length of blazer, waistcoat and pattern of tie and colour of socks. Jade was so professional, friendly and funny, and a whizz and buttoning a waistcoat ! Many thanks for all your help and we would highly recommend visiting MacGregor and MacDuff for kilt hire. Great experience from start to finish, I took advantage of the measuring service in Manchester as I live in the north of England and I now have a beautiful 8 yard hand sewn kilt made in my family tartan, it also arrived earlier than stated.

The items were a bit late but the quality of the items were super awesome, differently not the last time I Shop from them?

Great service, I had a problem with the delivery date, as I was going to be away, but after a few emails they were happy to deliver when I returned.
Loved the fit, it was just as ordered.
Would use again if I needed a waistcoat made from an unusual tartan.

Ordered some Tartan samples for a wedding that is still yet to be, the samples were perfect and very well presented and packed. The follow up I received from MacGregor and MacDuff was excellent and I really appreciated it, as for the wedding it still seems further than expected but the one thing I do know is I will not hesitate in contacting MacGregor and MacDuff when the time comes.

The kilt that was sold to us wasn’t up to standard and was not sized properly.
However saying that when I phoned to complain the customer service was great. I’m hoping the money will be returned to my band very soon as my son is waiting to buy another kilt with his Christmas money as he is a solo piper and the competitions star this week.
