Great service, top products!

Thanks to Hannah at McCalls who brilliantly recovered a poor experience with DPD. The selection and order process was simple and confirmation was quick. The bow tie I ordered has arrived and is just what I wanted as a gift for my son in law. The order was dispatched promptly by McCalls, but after 10 days stuck at the DPD depot, I contacted McCalls who took up the query with DPD on my behalf. They didn’t receive a positive response, so sent me a new tie (this time by Royal Mail) which arrived in a couple of days. If DPD deliver I will return the tie they deliver. I am delighted with the product and the service I received from McCalls.

Ordered a kilt jacket & waistcoat, I was late ordering so a bit panicked and I contacted them asking for speeding delivery and they were incredibly responsive, kind and made sure it arrived on time.
The quality on the items is superb and I’ll definitely be using them again. 10/10

Absolutely amazing staff. All of the women there the Friday we went were amazing. We ordered online from Canada and our measurements were of course off and they were beyond helpful changing them out. One of the kilt colours we didn’t like and they gave us a whole new one. Couldn’t be happier

I needed to get kilts and jackets for my son's wedding. We mande an appointment at the Edinburgh store where Kevin went through the details and got all the required measurements. He clearly knows the subject in incredible detail and was able to give truly expert advice. Because of the specific tartan, we needed to get the kilts made to measure, so we decided to buy rather than hire them. We subsequently had to make a couple of additions to the order which were handled perfectly. I can't fault them in any way, and I would 100% recommend McCalls to anyone needing to get a kilt made, or a kilt outfilt hired.

I had Kilt fitting today with Craig, one of the managers at McCalls. Was a fantastic experience as this is my 3rd time hiring a kilt from them. Craig was fantastic from start to finish and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend hiring/buying kilts & accessories from them.
