Auspuffpaar SUZUKI GS 850 G
Habe am 15.03.2025 ein Auspuffpaar für meine Suzuki GS 850 BJ 79 bei M4Tuning bestellt. Mit wurde dazu eine Lieferzeit von 40-45 Arbeitstagen durch MARVING mitgeteilt. Tatsächlich kamen die Auspufftöpfe aber bereits nach einer guten Woche an! Die Auspuffanlage passt top, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

We received your order on 11/18/2024 and immediately sent it to the manufacturer for production on request to ship it as soon as possible to your Courriere address in Belgium.
Nowhere on the site does it specify that the products are shipped in 2 days, on the contrary it is recommended to contact us to ask for the production times before placing the order and we do not appear to have followed this simple indication.
On 11/19/2024 you contacted us to find out the production times and we replied within minutes that we would ask the supplier and update you, which we did as soon as we received a reply.
Your order was shipped on 11/28/2024 ahead of schedule with BRT courier and shipping number 174040365619.

Estimado Juan Benito González,
Recibimos su pedido (1405 Leovince Honda Forza 125 2017/2020 Black - Catalizador: No) el 29/08/2024 y lo enviamos inmediatamente al fabricante para su producción bajo pedido.
El día 18/09/2024 enviamos tu pedido con mensajería GLS y número de envío TW642876244 a tu dirección de CALVIA en España.
El 25/09/2024 la señora nos escribió a su nombre
Sylvia Ennis nos comunica un problema de montaje y descubrimos que tiene la versión 2023, en el sitio se especifica claramente que el producto que solicitó es compatible exclusivamente con la versión 2017/2020.
El producto que recibió es exactamente lo que pidió.
Se trata de un claro error por su parte durante la fase de pedido, una lectura más profunda por su parte de los datos presentes en línea habría evitado este error.
Sin embargo, aceptamos la devolución especificando que el producto debe ser nuevo, nunca ensamblado y totalmente intacto, sin ninguna señal.
El 10/09/2024 recibimos la devolución de su paquete y descubrimos que el escape deportivo está totalmente rayado y arruinado en varios lugares (es una pena que no podamos subir fotos para demostrarlo), le enviamos las fotos que demuestran el daño que había provocado al producto comunicándole que no podíamos aceptar la devolución dadas las condiciones en las que había reducido el escape deportivo.
Recibir una estrella por tu parte porque no podemos aceptar la devolución de un producto hecho específicamente para ti y que has rayado sin reservas no nos parece correcto pero no podemos hacer más que aceptar tu decisión.

Der Sportauspuff 8289E Leovince BMW F 800 R LV ONE EVO ging sofort in Produktion, sodass er so schnell wie möglich an Ihre Adresse in Menzingen, Schweiz, versendet werden konnte.
Am 25. Juli 2024 haben Sie uns geschrieben, um herauszufinden, wann Ihre Bestellung versandt wird, und wir haben Ihnen geantwortet, dass sie sich im Bau befindet und etwa Mitte September versandt wird (die Zeiten sind aufgrund der Sommerschließung von Leovince während des Sommers lang). Wir verstehen nicht, warum Sie unter einem Benutzernamen schreiben, der nichts mit Ihrer Bestellung zu tun hat.

Customer service is non existent. Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails. Delivery time is a total mystery. It took 3.5 weeks and the only way I found out about the shipment was via email from GLS. And don't forget, they would charge 20% for cancelling the order! The actual Brembo HP2000 brake pads, when they finally arrived, were fine though.
Edit: they only reply to a bad review, of course claiming to have not recieved emails from me and having informed me of the delivery time. In fact those are lies, because I do have confirmations of my messages recieved both via email and whatsapp on July 16th.

We received your order on 07/12/2024 and immediately sent it to the manufacturer for production on request so that it can be shipped as soon as possible to your address in Grafenau, Germany.
We immediately informed you by email that it was a product made on request that would be available for shipping between the end of July and the beginning of August.
We sent the package on 02/08/2024 with GLS courier and shipping number TW642496739.
The package was shipped according to the times communicated and was delivered within a few days.
Lying by saying that we don't respond to your emails is incorrect as we haven't received any emails from you, how could we respond to something we never received?

I can only report positive things. I requested a delivery period in advance and this was met. The silencers were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Installation was easy, everything fits as it should. At idle, the system has a nice sonorous sound. For me, the system is perfect.

Muss sagen die langen Lieferzeiten sind blöd aber das ist egal! Das Produkt ist hervorragend es funktioniert einwandfrei und die Qualität ist 10/10

Une selle de rt1150 commandée et non conforme, envoie de photos a l'appui, avec les cotes et envoie de messages de leur part insultants sur mes compétences à installer le produit. passée chez un professionnel de ma ville avec certificat de non conformité et de même mise en doute de ma personne.....
Ensuite ils vous disent que l'annulation n'est pas possible .
Ils font allègrement usage du mensonge ce site est un relais d'achat sur d'autres site peu cher, ils ne peuvent assurer un suivi de commande.... regarder leur adresses sur un google map, adresse d'entreprise fantôme, a fuir

Le 14/06/2022 nous avons envoyé le colis à votre adresse à Ostricourt en France par courrier BRT et numéro de suivi 171040408620. Le 18/06/2022, vous nous avez contacté à propos d'un problème d'assemblage et après vérification par le fabricant, nous avons confirmé que tout était correct et que l'assemblage était incorrect. Nous avons fourni des instructions détaillées pour un montage correct, qui a dû être effectué par un professionnel. Nous avons déjà répondu à votre commentaire par le passé et Trustpilot a décidé de le supprimer parce qu'il était faux. Quant à nos coordonnées, elles sont toutes disponibles sur notre site web et des milliers de clients satisfaits prouvent notre professionnalisme. Veuillez ne pas évacuer votre frustration sur Trustpilot en nous diffamant.

Nous avons reçu votre commande le 25/04/2024 et l'avons immédiatement transmise au fabricant pour une fabrication sur demande (produit personnalisé).
Le 05/07/2024, nous avons expédié le produit à votre adresse à MONTLUÇON en France avec coursier GLS et numéro d'expédition TW641497442.
Le 13/05/2024 vous nous avez écrit que vous rencontriez des problèmes de montage et nous vous avons fourni toutes les instructions pour pouvoir monter correctement le produit que vous avez commandé (housse pour votre selle moto).
Après avoir vérifié auprès du fabricant que le produit que vous avez reçu est 100% correct et que le problème venait d'un mauvais montage, nous vous conseillons de vous adresser à un professionnel qui devra retirer le revêtement d'origine pour installer ce que vous avez commandé.
Vous vous êtes adressé à un professionnel qui n'était cependant pas expert et n'a pas retiré le revêtement d'origine, opération nécessaire pour pouvoir assembler le produit que vous avez reçu.
Recevoir une seule étoile parce que vous vous tournez vers des professionnels incompétents ne nous semble pas juste mais nous ne pouvons nous empêcher d'accepter votre décision.
Suivre les instructions vous permettra d’assembler sans tracas le produit personnalisé spécialement conçu pour vous.

Truffatori a tutti gli effetti. Ho ordinato uno Sprint Filter P1008S il giorno 07/06/24 e ieri 10/06/24 provo a chiamare e le linee risultano tutte occupate con voce da computer, scrivo su whatsapp e non rispondono neanche, provo a scrivere per mail e dopo un po’ ricevo una risposta con scritto che il filtro è in fase di realizzazione su richiesta quando doveva essere già disponibile visto che tutti gli altri negozi lo hanno in magazzino disponibile e poi ricattandomi che se volevo annullare l’ordine si sarebbero tenuti il 20% dell’Intero importo dell’ordine. Stamani 11/06/24 gli scrivo nuovamente una mail se avevano notizie e ad ora non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta. A questo punto visto che si pensano di avere a che fare con il primo che dorme se entro il giorno 14/06/24 non ho ricevuto il pacco con il filtro da me pagato parte la lettera dell’avvocato con richiesta dell’intero importo e danni.

Gentile Stefano Federigi,
Abbiamo ricevuto il Suo ordine venerdì 7/06/2024 alle ore 21.01 e nonostante il weekend lo abbiamo subito inoltrato al produttore per poterlo spedire il prima possibile al Suo indirizzo di Pietrasanta in Italia.
Lunedì 10/06/2024 alle 10.33 ci ha scritto tramite mail quando sarebbe stato spedito il pacco e le abbiamo risposto alle ore 12.18 che ci saremo informati con il produttore e che le avremo fatto sapere quanto prima.
Alle ore 13.32 dello stesso giorno ci ha chiesto di annullare l'ordine e le abbiamo risposto che non c'erano problemi ma che sarebbero state applicate che condizioni accettate in fase d'ordine in quanto il prodotto era già in fase di realizzazione su richiesta.
Alle ore 13.51 ci ha confermato l'ordine.
Ci ha riscritto il giorno seguente e le abbiamo cofnermato che il prodotot sarebbe stato spedito il giorno stesso al nostro magazzino, appena ricevuto lo avremmo spedito al Suo indirizzo.
Non contento della risposta ci ha minacciato di intraprendere azioni legati nonostante la risposta fornita.
Questa mattina, 13/06/2024, ci ha confermato di voler annullare l'ordine in base ai termini e condizioni accettati in fase d'ordine.
In futuro le consigliamo di leggere attentamente le istruzioni riportate sul sito e di chiedere i tempi prima di effettuare l'ordine che sarebbe comunque stato gestito in 3 giorni lavorativi.

Company takes no responsibility for their mistakes
I ordered an exhaust system for Honda Hornet CB 750 but received a wrong product (fits Triumph Tiger 1200). The order confirmation clearly shows that I purchased the correct product, but they claim that a bug in MY device most likely ordered a wrong product code!? Even my order history on their site shows that I have ordered the correct product (&correct product code). They refuse to supply the correct item, obviously because they don't want to take any financial responsibility for their mistake. Very untrustworthy company, buyers beware!!

Let me put this simple:
1. I ordered a product for Honda CB 750 Hornet
2. Your order confirmation shows a product for Honda CB 750 Hornet
3. My order history on your shop shows a product for Honda CB 750 Hornet
4. You delivered a product for Triumph Tiger 1200
5. You refuse to deliver me the correct product
6. You give me as the only option to return the wrong product at MY OWN expense
I didn’t order product 72503VAN or 71503VAN, but Arrow Honda CB 750 Hornet - Arrow : Veloce Dark.
I repeat, please avoid buying from this shop at all cost. If something goes wrong, then “Your device most likely had a bug when ordering”.

On 05/2/2024 we sent the package and you received an email with the shipping number.
On 10/05/2024 you sent us an email saying you had received the wrong product.
Checks have been carried out and, as we communicated to you via email, you ordered the Arrow product with code 72503VAN which is exactly the one you received (the order confirmation also shows that the code you ordered is 72503VAN).
If you wanted the product dedicated to the Honda CB 750 Hornet, the correct code to order is 71503VAN from arrow as specified on our website and on that of the supplier (the codes have always been the same since the products were launched on the market and have never been modified).
As required by law, we accepted your return request without any problem, also informing you that you would have received a full refund after receiving the package in our warehouse but you refuse to send the package.

Gentile Criastian Sundas,
Abbiamo ricevuto il Suo ordine in data 20 marzo 2024 e lo abbiamo subito inoltrato al fornitore per la realizzazione su richiesta (1x Filtro Aria Sprint Filter P1166S-WP, totale ordine 170.10€).
L'ordine è entrato in fase di produzione su richiesta per poterlo spedire quanto prima al Suo indirizzo di Marliana in provincia di Pistoia.
Il giorno 14 marzo ha richiesto l'annullamento tramite la Sua banca e come da richiesta abbiamo annullato l'ordine applicando per il rimborso i termini e le condizioni che ha accettato in fase d'ordine.
a busta che ha ricevuto a casa con "gli adesivi" è semplicemente la conferma d'ordine cartacea che inviamo a tutti i nostri clienti.
Ricevere da parte Sua 1 stella e calunnie quando è stato Lei stesso a richiedere l'annullamento dell'ordine tramite la banca (così facendo i tempi per il rimborso sono molto lunghi in quanto non dipendono da noi) non ci sembra corretto ma non possiamo fare altro che accettare la Sua decisione.

Ne vous faites pas avoir ! Ils vous diront que ce modèle monte et une fois achetés c’est cuit ils ne vous les reprendront que si vous payez les frais de retour et ils vous prennent 20% sur le prix du neuf .Ils n’ont aucun respect du client 😡

Le 18 mars 2024, nous avons expédié le colis à votre adresse à Marzy en France avec le service de messagerie GLS et le numéro de suivi TW640830850.
Le 21 mars 2024, vous nous avez contactés pour nous informer d'un problème d'assemblage et nous vous avons demandé des photos détaillées prises par un mécanicien expérimenté pour vérifier quel était le problème, mais vous avez refusé de les envoyer et de contacter un mécanicien pour effectuer un assemblage correct.
Nous vendons des centaines de ces échappements sportifs chaque année et vous êtes le premier client à avoir ce problème.
Si vous décidez de vous adresser à un mécanicien et que le problème persiste, vous pouvez envoyer les photos demandées par e-mail et notre personnel se fera un plaisir de vous aider.
Quant au retour, il a été accepté sans problème selon les conditions acceptées lors de la commande.
