Had a delay but I guess the guy is overwhelmed with orders and not able to fulfil them.

I called him directly on his phone number which he gave in the shipping update email. I received both my orders after 3 weeks! Which was what mentioned on the site. But definitely not a scammer. I placed another order for loose single cards and that was also fulfilled order ID: 3656! After I spoke with him on phone.

I’m guessing, if he has the stock he’s dispatching immediately. Not sure exactly but there was delay! Small business so, I guess it’s taking time but I love that I’m able to get Japanese cards here in EU!

If you have anything, maybe try calling!
Kind and genuine guy. Will buy from him again but I will give a gap for few days as it’s taking very long for deliveries.

Do not order here!! First shipping was ok now waiting for more than 1.5 month on my new order and with no respons on my mails and messages.

I ordered for a couple hundreds of euro's.. and except the email you get after ordering i got nothing from them.

I tried to contact multiple times by the contact on the website but got ZERO response.

Iam really disappointed in this webstore.. I really feels like a scam to me..

Ja, het wachten duurde wat lang maar was het meer dan waard en kon de verkoper ook niet voorzien. Voor deze prijzen ga je het echt niet snel ergens anders kunnen kopen. Het is een jonge ambitieuze verkoper die net is begonnen en moet leren. Toon eens wat begrip en wees eens lief voor elkaar, je feedback kan je ook op een nette wijze communiceren naar de verkoper.
De order was super netjes en veilig ingepakt zodat het niet kon schuiven in de doos. Een leuke extra voor het lange wachten was ook erg leuk. En niet te vergeten de communicatie met de verkoper verliep vlot en soepel. Hij was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ja, ik zal hier vaker bestellen.

Several weeks passed since I ordered and still nothing. This is just an evil scam.

Been waiting for 25 days now. Ive send many many messages on facebook, instagram and email. Got one response that it would be shipped 1 week ago. After that ofcourse no response again and the products are not shipped.

Be aware that this shop don’t do cancellations on orders - even though they haven’t even shipped the order.

I’ve never seen a policy like that from any shop ever, so I’m writing this review, to let everyone aware of this.

I also contacted the shop a couple of days prior to my cancellation request, asking about the timeframe for the shipment - no answer. Only got in touch with me, when I asked for a cancellation.

I bought a box 40 days ago and I still haven’t received anything , asked for money back because I start thinking that this is a scam and he said that he can’t give money back but my order will be there soon . How soon ? More than two weeks have passed since he told me and still nothing .

I have ordered several times already and so far it hasn't been an issue.
My last order was placed on 18 November. I haven't heard anything. Emails are completely being ignored and there is no update or respond from them whatsoever.
This is definitely going to be my last order and I would highly recommend everyone to stay far away from them.

I will say: the prices are good and for the first 2 months maybe the deliveries were quite on time, the guy handling this shop
is kind and initially I was happy with the service.
But during and after Black Friday it all went wrong: I am pretty sure he was overwhelmed by the numbers of orders he received (since he doesn’t have a limit of stocks on his shop) and initially he started making false promises to people, saying the orders were ready and they would ship in coming days, sometimes even mentioning they would be sent on a specific day and in the end they weren’t .
The situation got out of control and now he barely replies to any messages, completely ignoring his customers and as result a lot of people are rightfully mad.
I too am a customer with multiple pending orders for more than a month, tried to reach out multiple times on multiple platform, only got 1 reply with the false promises my orders would be shipped few days later, specifically on Friday the latest, which didn’t happen.
Now he says he will be closing the shop for a couple of months. I really hope when reopening the owner will be more transparent, and will get some help from other people, or limit number of stocks, because until I will see improvements I, for sure, will not buy anything else from this shop and I advise whoever reads this to do the same.
All I can say for now is answer to your customers with realistic timelines, no matter how bad it is.

Schriftliche Anfragen wurden mehrfach nicht beantwortet, kein Versand nach über 4 Wochen. Zum Glück hat Paypal mein Geld zurückgeholt, sonst hätte ich es wohl nicht wieder gesehen. Finger weg! Nachdem Paypal das Geld erstattet hat kam auf einmal eine Stornomail, dann kann reagiert werden, komisch.

Ordered booster box a the beginning of the week. When choosing pick up option it said the orders are usually ready to be picked up in 2 hours. Didn't receive any updates yet and the owner is not responding.

Update (06.02.2026): still not received pickup order, ordered on 9th of December.

Update: received the package and bonus for a long wait. Once the shipping problem will be figured out, can recommend to order there.

Ordered 4 boosterboxes a month or so ago, it took a bit longer them expected but knowing the context thats completely understandable. Although i hope the vendor will try better to communicate with its clients in the future when there is a delay in shipping. I got everything but the only tip i want to give is to pack more bubblefoam into the boxes for shipment, my 4 boosterboxes were put in a carboard box that just fits them, no bubble foam or other good enough protection could be put in the cardboard box, which means all my boosterboxes have been roughed up. Kudos for the extra umbreon card as a suprise, its one of my fav pokemons🖤

Ordered two times during black Friday deals(25 and 27.11)and still didn't get anything. No response, I tried to contact multiple times.. order lxbtcg-3166-25 and lxbtcg-3269-25. Edit: refunded like 4 weeks ago and still didn't get any money.

I recommend staying away from this site. They are not scammers, but they simply do not have products in stock and you will have to wait months to receive your products. Running a business is not a joke, and being students does not justify all their mistakes. There are plenty of professional sellers to buy from.

I wanted to return my order and I did send a email before it was sended.. but still this company send the order to me.
I emailed once again and still no answer.. it has gone some weeks now without answer, I tried phone, company email and instagram… the bank is waiting for the return response now from LuxemburgTCG and still waiting.. Ordered some cards and packs on the 4th of November. Waited for a few weeks because he gave updates via email. Well, the estimated dates stated in those emails are not true at all. Got a message 2 days ago that it has been prepared, but haven't heard anything since again. No track & trace, no email that it has been shipped. And all that after almost 6 weeks.
