Don't get my order. And I Don't get response.
I have place a order on 30 november. I am still waiting for my 2 pokemon mega dreams boosterboxen. I have send a mail, i have send 3 messages on WhatsApp and 1 on instagram but don't get respons. I have call but no answer. I want to know when I can get my order but i don't get any answer. It was present for my husband for his christmas. But know I have feeling that I lose my money and get nothing in return.

No Delivery took place as no product was in stock for more than a month despite several emails that this would change! Furthermore bad contact via WhatsApp, Instagram an email.

My order was pretty last minute but the seller didn’t hesitate in responding to my request. He asked me to come and pick it up the same day, it was really a very smooth process. 100% recommend LUXEMBOURGTCG.

WORST mistake ordering from here! STAY AWAY
I ordered the MEGA dream evolution on November 26th around midnight.

Before the order it said something about “high supply on orders” therefore the 2week shipment. Which was fine by me since it would arrive before Christmas. Anyhow week by week went by. With no update in the shipping, or a shipping label being created. AT ALL. It got very sketchy. I visited the instagram where he just had posted a story saying that every order made within Black Friday WOULD be shipped and arrive before Christmas. But I anyhow wrote a DM with my tracking number. Since it says “reply to everybody”. Still nothing. I write against. Nothing. Then a story pops up saying “answer to this story to have it shipped before Christmas” I replied. Still nothing. I even mailed. Now Christmas came and no updates, being ghosted and no idea about my order. Very disappointed and frustrated since the gift never arrived as it said and promised it would. I couldn’t even reach out to cancel the order. And just yesterday I get a notification of a package delivery from TCG Luxembourg… Damage already done and a UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING experience! 0 stars if I could give.

I placed my order on 30th. November. My order still have not arrived and although I have contacted Pit Lanners (the owner of the shop) through email and Instagram to cancel the order an get a full refund... nothing happened!
Pure theft - stay away
Don’t order here ! I pre-ordered the Gem Pack Vol 3 in September and after a bunch of emails with tons of excuses I kindle asked them to cancel my order. I tried to contact them on their website and by email and I haven’t gotten a single reply!
Update:
I eventually contacted the European Consumer Centre (ECC Netherlands) for assistance, as the seller never replied to my emails. I provided the ECC with all correspondence, including my emails and the seller’s messages.
I was informed by the ECC that the shop claimed it was stated on their website that the delivery timeframe was until the end of the year/beginning of this year. This contradicts the information shown at the time of purchase: I ordered in September with an estimated delivery date of the end of October (we are now almost in February). The shop also claimed that I had not attempted to contact them, which is incorrect and contradicted by the email evidence I submitted.
The order has now been cancelled, but as of today, the refund has still not been processed. To be continued...
Update 2 : It's the 11th of February, 3 weeks have passed since the seller cancelled the order without processing the refund. He told the ECC that he did but I know how shopify works and when you refund an order, the customer gets a notification. I still give him a few days to process the refund before I report his shop to shopify for scam.
Update 29.03.2026 : The seller never refunded after cancellation so it's pure theft. The came up with a whole story about how they had issues with their payment processor but it's all lies.
Terrible Experience: Order Never Delivered After Weeks of Waiting!
I ordered 6 Mega Dream boxes on November 28th, and as of December 24th, I still haven't received my order. The order number is #lxbtcg-3320-25. This company is unreliable, and I strongly advise against buying anything from them. Complete waste of time and money—avoid at all costs!

Avoid – order never arrived and poor communication
I ordered a Mega Dream ex Booster Box from TCG Luxembourg at the end of November and, as of today, I still haven’t received anything.
What makes this especially frustrating is the communication. They repeatedly post Instagram stories saying people should message them if they want more information or faster delivery before Christmas — but I didn’t get a helpful response there, and I also didn’t receive a proper reply via support email. Instead, there are only sporadic updates like “information via post,” without any clear timeline, tracking, or concrete status.
A longer delivery time would be fine if they communicated properly. But the way this is handled is not acceptable. Even if the owner is “a student” (as claimed), that’s not an excuse for apparently taking on more orders than they can fulfill or not being able to treat customers fairly.
At this point it also seems I’m not the only one — there appear to be multiple customers reporting the same experience.
Don’t buy here.
-UPDATE- Waiting months for a paid order – no communication
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this shop.
I placed an order which I paid for in full, and I have now been waiting over two to three months without receiving my items. This is already the second order with significant delays. Shipping has been postponed multiple times, but no concrete shipping date has ever been provided.
Communication is the biggest issue:
My emails and messages are either not answered at all or answered very late without any clear information. There is no proactive communication, no tracking, and no reliable update on when (or if) the order will be shipped.
Recently, the shop announced that it will temporarily close and that unfulfilled orders will take “a lot longer” to process. This was extremely frustrating to read, especially as I have already been waiting for months.
Being a small business, a student, or a young shop owner is not an excuse for taking customers’ money without fulfilling orders or providing proper communication.
Due to the lack of delivery and response, I have now involved a lawyer to recover my money.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this shop.
Update (February 2026):
One of the cancelled orders was officially confirmed as refunded by the seller in mid-January 2026. However, as of today (12 February 2026), I still have not received the refund.
The seller claims there are issues with the payment provider, but as a customer, this is not my responsibility. Almost one month has passed since the refund was allegedly processed, and no proof of transaction or confirmation has been provided.
It is frustrating that once again, communication and execution are only happening after public pressure. I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
I will update this review once the refund has actually been received.
Update – March 2026:
The seller informed me that the order was cancelled and promised a refund. On 4 March 2026, he stated that he had sent the payment manually from his account.
As of 9 March 2026, the refund of €98.30 has still not been received. I have asked again for confirmation or proof of the transfer.
Due to the ongoing delay and repeated promises that have not yet resulted in payment, the matter has now been forwarded to a lawyer to recover the funds. I will update this review again once the refund has actually been received.
Good seller
The package arrived in perfect condition, meticulously packaged and very well protected. Although shipping took a few days, once handed over to the courier, it arrived quickly.
