Case looked small at first but when compared to my existing case its only a few inches shorter, other dimensions are the same. When I ordered the case the delivery was scheduled for 7 Oct. The case was delivered on 1 Oct.

Faultless customer service
Faultless customer service when I messed up my order and needed to cancel and re-order quickly. I used the chat facility which was closed as it was Sunday, but my request was dealt with and actioned immediately on Monday morning. Then received further assistance. Rare to find this level of attentiveness and care. Just makes life so much easier. I will definitely recommend and return.

Easy Ordering Quick Delivery
Ordered a couple of backpacks online at 3.00pm on Monday. Received delivery at 10.00am Tuesday at no extra cost. Received a discount for signing up for alerts which made these cheapest I have found anywhere.
No communication with the company as all done online, very easily.
Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Unbeatable prices and good communication. Very happy first time customer who will be back for more! Glad they use DPD as a courier too. I wasn’t in for delivery and they kindly left it at the closest DPD shop which is super convenient.

Brilliant…ordered the 3 piece American Tourister luggage which in itself is a good deal on Monday late evening and got it delivered by Wednesday so we can use it for our trip on Thursday. Good service and would appreciate it.

Poor Quality Products and meaningless Warranty
I recently purchased an American Tourister suitcase from Luggage Superstore and am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. My suitcase, which was only used once, suffered damage during transit.
When I reached out to Luggage Superstore for support, I was told that the damage is not covered under warranty and that I should raise a claim with the airline. This response is highly unsatisfactory, as airlines often deny such claims, leaving customers with no resolution. The warranty offered by Luggage Superstore seems meaningless if they deflect responsibility for any issues to the airline.

Thank you for your review. I have looked back on the pictures you provided and the correspondence with our Customer Service Team. The pictures provided show what I could only describe as a very small puncture hole in the shell of your suitcase. This is a very unusual fault to see. The advice you have been given is correct, American Tourister Warranty Guarantee does not cover dents, cracks, scratches or anything similar to the shell of a suitcase which are caused by a third party or misuse. The American Tourister Warranty Guarantee covers manufacturing defects, which the fault pictured is not. We do recommend you contact the airline for the damage caused. All our products come with a Manufacturing Guarantee, all our guarantee information is available on our site for customers to read at any time.
In a rare situation, such as yours, there are times we are unable to help with a fault on a suitcase. This includes third party damage and airline damage.
As advised via email if you would like a second opinion of course you can contact American Tourister directly.
