Great service. I ordered a particular guitar that wasn't available anywhere else. And I was very worried about buying online from a company that I had never dealt with before. The. Guitar arrived safe and sound in Ireland where I live. So my experience was 100% great with Ludi music.

I ordered online from Ludimusic webshop a pro level trumpet made by Yamaha. I'm from northeastern part of EU. The comunication with the shop team was good, the delivery was fast and safe, the instrument was brand new and the set of accompanied accessories was as described and expected.

I've been looking for an electric guitar. I've found two attractive offers, more or less of similar price. One offer was at Ludimusic website. I tought to myself - great, multiple options, no need to rush I can think of it one more day (1100 EUOR is a lot of money).

The next day, I went for buying the guitar on the other site - however it was soldout. Told myself - no worries there is also LudiMusic. Went happily online and started buying the guitar, however when I updated my country (Denmark, part of EU) - the price jumped to 1218 EUROS. WTH?!? Had I know I will need to pay extra 118 EUROS, I would had bought the other one yesterday, while it was already available.

This was super annoying and NOT cool!!

I bought the guitar in Ludimusic since it was soldout in most other online stores, or was much more expenssive. So the price was attractive and the shopping experience was very easy and streight forward.

Comprei uma telecaster American Ultra Denim Burst na quinta-feira na Ludimusic em Leiria. Fiquei emocionada porque é uma edição limitada e é linda. No entanto, uma corda quebrou quando toquei violão apenas duas vezes e por menos de uma hora no total. E a corda quebrou quando eu nem estava tocando. e a loja nem me quis oferecer uma única corda por 1,40€, apesar de a guitarra estar gasta na loja há 2 anos e meio. É uma pena, os funcionários são rudes e pouco profissionais. Nunca venha a esta loja. Qualquer outra loja teria felizmente lhe oferecido a corda

I'm not sure its a terrible place to buy things, but when I tried to buy a guitar pedal it was advertised at 1 price but after I'd activated an account and signed in the price jumped up 110 pound making the products swing from good value to bad value. The sign up process was also not able to be completed by phone, so it took a long time as I had to do it all on the computer as well. All up a waste of time. Lunimusic, get back to me and show excellence of service by allowing me to buy the Line 6 Stomp for 454 pound as you've advertised and I'll take down this review.

L'attenzione al cliente di Ludimusic mi ha stupito. Ho acquistato un'italianissima master keyboard Studiologic SL88 Studio al prezzo più basso del mercato. La tastiera ha subito manifestato un problema al display che l'assistenza ufficiale (Algam Eko) non ha voluto risolvere perché acquistata all'estero. Ludimusic si è fatta carico del problema indicandomi un laboratorio vicino casa e rimborsandomi l'importo pagato. Grande serietà e massima soddisfazione. Grazie mille!!

Me and my friend asked to try some guitars bc we wanted to get a feel of what to buy but we were not well treated and they encouraged us to leave the store after we tried one guitar. They said they had other costumers and they said we weren't that not to buy and they told us to stop trying the guitars. How am i supposed to buy something that i don't know the feel?

Nice guitar but when I questioned the fact it had a small mark (dent) on it, the response was defensive and to be honest, unfriendly. Maybe something was lost in translation but I was left feeling they thought I was trying it on, rather than reporting a genuine problem.

A bit more empathy and some constructive advice on how I might deal with the mark would have been better.

Comprei 2 cabos para meu controlador midi nessa loja ,e fui muito bem atendido e ainda testei o nord electro 6 e gostei muito ,em breve quero ir comprar,melhor loja de instrumentos de leiria foi a primeira vez que entrei em uma loja de instrumentos musicais aqui em portugal,obrigado ludimusic

Fiz uma encomenda via web para receber em casa mas no dia seguinte enviei um email para, se por acaso a encomenda não tivesse sido enviada, preferia ir à loja buscar o material.
Ligaram-me prontamente para confirmar o email.

No mesmo dia fui à loja no Porto, ainda alterei dois produtos, paguei a diferença e tudo correu impecável.

Bad customer service experience. Ended up purchasing the wrong product due to the bad UX on the website and not clear labelling. Was not accommodating at all when I tried to return it.

Ludimusic had a guitar in stock that was unavailable anywhere in the UK. The website offered an English translation option and allowed the price to be displayed in British pounds. The guitar was shipped the day after purchase, but due to the Easter holiday, it took roughly two weeks to arrive. While going through customs in Portugal, there was a slight delay, but the guitar was soon released.

Despite negative experiences documented online with CTT, the Portuguese postal service, the guitar arrived in good condition. Additionally, the guitar was packaged with an extra cardboard box outside of the Gibson shipping box for added support, which was greatly appreciated.

They have another guitar in stock that is also unavailable in the UK, and if still in stock come winter, I'll happily shop here again.

Excelente loja online, com um ótimo valor de portes de envio. Sou da Madeira e, para mim, é uma dificuldade comprar instrumentos online porque os portes são demasiado caros. Aqui não acontece isso. Para além do mais, foram super rápidos no envio e enviaram o produto muito bem embalado. Chegou em perfeitas condições. Fiquei fã da Ludimusic. Obrigada pelo excelente serviço.

Experimentei a minha guitarra como quis e o tempo que quis e todas as outras questões que colocamos de outros instrumentos foram respondidos.
