I had a great consultation with Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He gave me all sorts of useful advice about my hair. The Bristol salon looked clean and is beautifully decorated. They put in two test extensions, which are really comfortable and blend in perfectly with my existing hair. I've booked for more to boost my hair's volume. The only downside is that it's expensive.

I had my first visit to the Lucinda Ellery Studio in Southampton in June and have returned to have an interlace system fitted and for subsequent appointments.
On every occasion I have been treated with the utmost consideration, kindness and professionalism. Every member of the Southampton team makes every effort to make the experience enjoyable, comfortable and satisfying.
I am delighted with the hair solution they have supplied and look forward to each future visit.

My experience with the Edinburgh Salon has been nothing short of fantastic.

Darren the Edinburgh Salon manager and the entire team have been amazing from the get go, really sensitive and thoughtful.

Darren in particular has been the most reassuring presence throughout. I had previously had a bad experience with a competitor of Lucinda Ellery and so was very sceptical during my initial meetings and follow up emails. Darren addressed my concerns and ensured I was fully informed about the process. I am delighted he was able to assuage my fears and I went ahead with the hair system.

It has made such a difference to my state of mind and level of confidence. The entire team in Edinburgh deserve huge praise - they are so professional whilst also being warm and friendly. Hair loss is quite a distressing condition and it tends to weigh heavily as it's so apparent to the sufferer. The Edinburgh team somehow manage to unravel that and the appointments feel more like therapy sessions. It's undoubtedly the best money I have ever spent.

I have just been for my new system at the Edinburgh studio. The service provided by this team is exceptional. I prefer the personal relations that you develop with a smaller branch like Edinburgh rather than the big studios.

There is a wonderful energy when you arrive at the saloon. Darren was there to greet you with his normal enthusiastic manner what a joy he is to the saloon. Both Leah and Mina provided an outstanding service, nothing was too much trouble for them. Leah is an excellent technician and her attention to detail is second to none. Mina for being French your English is outstanding I loved chatting to you and sharing my trips to France.

Danielle came and spoke to everyone to ask howc we all were. This is outstanding for a manager to come and speak personally to all the clients who were in the salon. She also styled my hair as I told her that trust is a huge element when cutting a brand new system. I personally prefer her to do this and she always agrees even although she is very busy. Danielle I really appreciate this you always know what I want, thank you again.

As a Customer Experience Manager some say I am quite hard to please. However I can honestly say that this Edinburgh team are fantastic ambassadors for the Lucinda Ellery brand. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and professional service are second to none. Thank you and well done to Danielle and the whole team you should all be very proud of your whole customer ethic and the great service you provide to your clients. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. The staff are so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I feel at ease here every time and secure in the knowledge that I’ll leave the salon looking a million dollars. Without them I honestly would not have the confidence to leave home. They really are dream makers and I can’t thank them enough.

The Southampton team are absolutely amazing, kind, wonderful people.
I was so nervous when I first arrived but they made me feel so calm and special and really taken care of.
My intralace system is the best thing I have ever done. My life has changed for the better, no more weird shampoos or creams, or wigs needed anymore!
The team taught me how to take care of my hair at every step and always happy to help with a million and one questions you might have, like I did!
No question is too much for them and they are always so kind and helpful every time I visit.

I have been attending the Hammersmith branch of Lucinda Ellery for nearly five years - and from the first appointment I felt cared for + valued. This is all part of Lucinda's ethos. And what a difference the process has made to my life. Their expertise is second to none, + has been a mission of Lucinda's to develop and perfect. My hair has always been fine, but deteriorated after the birth of my children, and further when going into "the change". The results of the hair extensions are incredible - so natural + invisible + very easy to look after. People can't believe it if I say I have hair extensions! They blend about five colours to get a match. Costings are incredibly reasonable considering the time the process takes (around 4 hours to remove + replace) + for the quality of the hair. The first consultation is free so you know exactly what is what. There are no surprises or added extras. The studio is discreet + again, the care second to none. One is offered a range of lovely coffees + drinks + a little chocolate treat if one wants one. The salon is gorgeous - warm + cosseting - an experience in itself + if you visit at Christmas, it's magical. Hair extensions has increased my confidence + quality of life. I cannot thank Lucinda and her wonderful team enough for their dedication + skills. They do other systems for complete hair loss which is amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Having this solution to hair loss is amazing. The staff is fantastic and accommodating. The initial cost is rather expensive as is the upkeep but I haven't found anything close to being as natural looking and feeling as this system.

Thank god for this place. Everyone is so kind I walk out always feeling and looking like a queen. Hair loss is very devastating and personal. Lucinder Ellery is a no judgment zone. The staff is kind, talented and amazing. If you want to look and feel your best this is the place to do it.
