I just wanted to thank all the staff at the Edinburgh Clinic for there warm and professional approach following my visit on the 1st April. After suffering for almost 10 years with Female Pattern Hair Loss and not wanting to leave the house i really can't them enough for giving me back my confidence and more positive outlook for the future fab experience thank you much appreciated Pauline

I visited Lucinda Ellery in Manchester yesterday for a consultation on a crown issue and was looked after by Chris and Andrew. It was an extremely positive experience and they both gave me very good, honest advice. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and friendly from the lovely lady on reception to when I left. I couldn’t recomend it enough. They were very helpful and not a bit pushy, in fact the opposite. I came away with a list of products to buy from Amazon and I’m very happy with the advice I was given. Thank you.

Natalie s experience is the same as mine. It matts in a ball. Needs continual brushing. Very poor quality hair these days. The person who is running Lucinda Ellery now is going to run it into the ground. Shameful. My hair is embarrassing.

The staff at the Manchester salon are very professional, kind and supportive. The salon has a wonderful welcoming environment. I always leave feeling wonderful after a visit.

Had my intra lace re aligned today , at Manchester Tom did it for me I’m so pleased with it , and lovely lady cut it can’t recall her name, but it was a lovely experience, they are all so friendly and explain everything to you , they really can’t do enough for you 😊thanks so much guys

I agree with Natalie I’ve found the parting and hair their using is awful now .. and thin nothing like it used to be .. also in the Bristol salon that I’ve used for years .. the parting is thin and not very good quality but still nearly a thousand pounds.. the girls are lovely but not organised..

Ok. So firstly, I’d like to emphasise that the staff at the Bristol salon are friendly, approachable and proactive in attempting to sort out any problems and I feel like it’s a shame that being the ones on the frontline, that they have to deal with the wrath of unhappy clients due to decisions made my management (owners).

I have been a client of Lucinda ellery Bristol for about ten years now and despite always being very happy, never complained once until lately when I had a problem with my parting. For a few months I felt that they were using cheaper low quality hair but it was confirmed when I had a new parting. I could not wash it without it completely matting in a huge ball on top of my head every single time it was washed. They refused to replace it despite the staff at the salon empathising with my problem and trying hard for me, the owners decided it was not going to happen. I spoke to one of the owners on the phone who despite being mortified by the feedback I had sent would still not solve the problem. My hair had also become extremely thin following the fight i had with my hair after every wash. The ends had also all split. I was sent away from the salon with hair that was thin, brittle, split and the guarantee that it would Matt again after washing. I was told that I either pay £695 for a new one, only less than two months after it was fitted or I go home with my hair the way it was. This was my choice and I decided that I wouldn’t pay again only to potentially have the same problem.

I have changed to another salon now, also in Bristol who do the same thing for half of the money. ( only difference is the connections).

If I had written a review of Lucinda ellery in the past, it would have been a 5 star review but it’s changed. The business is very much money charged now and emphasis on the struggles we have as women with thinning hair has gone.

I wouldn’t start off your hair repair journey here. Again, the staff at the salon are awesome, very professional and very friendly. It’s the owners, the earners that are the problem here.

I've been coming to Lucinda Ellery for around six years now and can't speak highly enough of Darren, Ross and everyone else who make me feel comfortable, welcome and who take my hair concerns seriously and sensitively. Hair loss of any description is a distressing issue and the team in Edinburgh handle this respectfully. They are also really good fun though and I always have great conversations when I'm in there. Their service is life changing in so many ways for many of us and I don't think they quite realise it.

Darren is fabulous as are the whole team.
Great service and good advice. Would highly recommend.
