I would not recommend to use this…
I would not recommend to use this company at all! I wanted to secure one of their investment properties at The Anchorage and paid a £5000 deposit. Within 24hrs I realised the agent had sold me the wrong plot and reserved the plot I didn't want or ask for. I asked for a refund of my £5000. They refused to do so telling me it's non-refundable and have kept my money since last April saying they will put it towards another investment for me instead if I want. I have again asked for a refund this month and now they refuse to answer my emails. I am now having to go through the property redress scheme to try and get my money back. Unprofessional. I would use a more trust worthy investment company to trust with your money.

Could not recommend them more! Gave a lot of time to help us find the right property and were patient and understanding of our needs. Dave was always quick to respond to questions and helped the process move along at every stage.
