Second time we have stayed here. Fab location, really great flat, Alex was really helpful. Everything you need and more for a stay in London.

My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted something special. Due to Covid, we decided to have a staycation. I live in an apartment in Kensington without any outdoor space, and have always wanted to see what it must be like to have a balcony or outdoor space, not least because Covid has been incredibly difficult - I looked after my 82 year old mother who has been shielding so we had to stay indoors for first three months with no outdoors space to sit in.
The place at Lovely days was perfect - central London and 2 fantastic balconies. The check-in process was smooth and Vitalie, the agent, was great. However.... within an hour of me unpacking, a mouse ran across the living room from the kitchen under the sofa. I have had to deal with mice in my own Kensington apartment and there was no way I was going to stay for the relaxing staycation we had so looked forward to. Mice are impossible to eradicate unless all egress and exits are blocked, especially in Central London. There ensued countless communications with Lovely Days. Essentially, we had to book our own hotel for the first night. The next day, various emails and offers of alternatives, either in the same building or in apartments with no balconies. I had to explain in over half a dozen emails that we had booked this apartment specifically for the outdoor space, otherwise I may as well have stayed in my own place in Kensington. In the end, my partner and I had to find our own alternative accommodation at the last minute - not an easy task in Central London - with the outdoor space that we craved.
Aside from the stress and inconvenience, the doubt on whether I saw a mouse in the first instance which was outrageous accusation - why on earth would I lie. We were so looking forward to staying at this place (!) - more unbelievably I still have yet to receive any apology, any compensation for the nightmare experience, the substantial additional costs and even my £500 deposit.
I'm looking forward to planning our next mini-staycation break soon. Needless to say, it will be with another reliable and respectful agency who have their customer interests at heart. We will be avoiding Lovely days at all costs.

Perfect rental. The house is the reflection of the photos, it is decorated with great taste. The garden and the swimming pool are a real plus. The house is located in a peaceful area and 2 minutes from the tram is very practical. Timothy and Fanny are very friendly and always available. I highly recommend

Stunning apartment in Soho.Great location, really spacious and well decorated apartment with everything you will possibly need for your stay. Effortless checking and really good communication prior to arrival. Highly recommend.

After my review below I had an email from Clarisse saying that “as stated previously we will provide you with 50% cancellation refund”. It is not true that they had ever offered a 50% refund (I have every email received). I have sent 3 emails in response to ask how I will receive that refund and have had no response. Do not book direct with Lovelydays.

Just perfect! Easy going meet and greet with everything you need in a beautiful apartment. Completely satisfied! Stay there treat yourself!

This apartment was very clean and modern. Great location. Very easy communication with the host. I would rent this apartment again if I came back to London.

Fantastic apartment, location, and the point of contact was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that the beds are very cheap and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable - I tried them both. If they would spend a little more on the beds and bedding this apartment would be 5 stars :)

Wonderful accomodation and great service from the team

We loved our flat in London! That was such an amazing trip and Lovelydays was great to work with! The flat was located in a perfect part of town (Fitzrovia) - close to several Tube stations, the West End and shopping. We will definitely use their services in the future as it was seamless from start to finish.

Bright well equipped apartment in great location. Perfect for access to shops, tube and restaurants. Walkable vibrant neighborhood in the heart of London. Will definitely make this our home base again.

Simply fantastic. A great add would be some milk in the fridge. Other than that, it's all here

Le personnel, l’emplacement, la décoration tout est parfait jusqu’aux moindres details. Il n’y avait aucun bruit alors que nous étions pas loin d’oxford street et il y avait des bars à proximité.
Lovelydays est un service de qualité à des prix abordables pour le service proposé. Je suis restée 2 nuits dans un appartement à Soho et j’ai passé un agréable séjour 🙂
Je n’hésiterai pas à le conseiller à mes proches lors d’un voyage et à revenir à Londres dans un appartement comme celui ci !

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Near the shops, the center and the metro but still very quiet. Ideal with the children. We really enjoyed our stay in London.
