I can see by our email communication to yourself that a replacement has already been sorted, and is on it's way to you. I can see that your initial email to us came through on 30 December, please note as per our website our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and this does not include weekends or bank holidays. I can see a reply was sent on 2 January when we returned to work, and that as mentioned above we have sent out a replacement to you☺️
We do apologise that it arrived chipped, we do our utmost best to package our fragile items as best as possible but unfortunately when in transit and out of our hands, they can get damaged.
If you need anything else please do email us✨ And again, apologies for this mishap - we know how frustrating that can be💕

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - I ordered in Black Friday and didn’t receive my items until weeks later, and these weren’t the correct items. I contacted customer service who stated they’d resent the items but I am yet to receive, they are now stating they must have been lost by courier, which seems to be a common excuse!

Bought two Taylor swift inspired covers…
Bought two Taylor swift inspired covers for my daughter and her friend and I am appalled at the poor quality of the cases. They are so poor for the price, so flimsy and the decor is not as advertised. I do not recommend and will not be ordering from this company again.

Long dispatch but items arrived plus extras
My order didn't get sent out for almost 2 weeks but it arrived ontime for xmas. 1 item was missing but they had put in 2 extra phone cases and 2 hot chocolate and marshmallow mixes so i never bothered about the missing item. However they emailed me to check I'd received my order and when i said about the missing item they said they would send it out. Great customer service

Had issues and was sorted instantly.
I ordered a case which came not up to quality and emailed the customer service who issued me a replacement, that replacement got lost by Evri (typical) and they had to issue me another which also come damaged so they replaced that with no hassle what so ever.
Customer service agent Khadija is brilliant and responded to me as quickly as they can and helps me with any issues.

When my first order came they were the wrong size for my phone. I wasn’t sure if I was still in time to return them but when I reached out, they could not have been more helpful and after a few emails to check some details, replacements were sent out straight away with no fuss! 😊

We have an in-house designer who designs all of our products for us, as well as unique personalised cases and accessories. If you have found these on other sites please note this is most likely a counterfeit site, as we have found a few of these in the past few years.
Unfortunately our designs do get taken, and the reason they are then sold for as little as £2.40 is because no designer was needed in that instance, as they have taken the work from other designers😔
However we are happy you found cases that you love, and we wish you the best.
