You sent us a return request stating that a product of the wrong size has been sent to you. The request has been rejected, as for issues with orders it is necessary to contact our customer service through email.
We requested you to put the item in a parcel and provide us weight and size so that we could create a shipping label, however to date we didn't receive response.

I was a little reluctant about buying a bike from overseas but my bike only took a few days to arrive (once shipped, it was a model on backorder), very happy. I even ended up with a upgraded one from what I ordered (Cannondale upgraded the specs I'd say)

Service as expected, great price too
I needed a SRAM power meter crank for my new gravel bike. None were available in Australia so I returned to Lordgun and had it delivered to my partner who was on holiday in Portugal. All worked seamlessly, package was delivered on the day it was promised. Price was pretty good too.

Ordered an Ultegra Di2 Group set. Amazing price and even more amazing delivery time. Just under a week for delivery from UK to Australia. Upon arrival, all items were correct and as they should be. The whole process from placing the order to delivery, was hassle free and easy. Would highly recommend.

Error in shipping too hard to fix
Two black veloflex tyres were in the packs instead of gumwalls as per the label. No doubt a factory error. Lordgun said it was too difficult to rectify because Australia is too far away so here’s €20 refund.

Wow!
Wow! How not to treat a customer. For your own sanity and dignity just avoid dealing with these guys. They happily take your money but take absolutely no responsibility for the products and brands they represent.

We apologize for the pedals that have been sent incorrectly.
As this was an error that came out of the factory, we have immediately contacted the supplier after receiving your report.
Unfortunately, since suppliers are not under our direct influence, it can take some time for them to provide us response.
However we have regularly solicited them in matter in order to receive a resolution at the earliest.
Considering the amount of the item in question, it was not possible for us to collect the faulty product from Australia to Italy and send a new shipment.
Since the case was prolonging and in order to provide a fast resolution, we have requested to cut the pedals so that we could issue a refund for the item.
The refund has been placed which also includes shipping costs.
We apologize for the inconvenience and wish you a nice day.

First purchase was awesome!
The price and delivery of my SIDI road shoes was amazing. I chose the FedEx option as I needed them delivered quickly … and they were. I know postage costs are expensive but I’d rather pay more for a speedier service. Even with that cost, the SIDI’s were still heaps cheaper. Would definitely buy again from Lordgun.

Very poor customer service and response to problems.
I mistakenly ordered the campagnolo variant of a cassette and realized my mistake as soon as I ordered. I contacted Lordgun immediately within 2 minutes to try to swap it for the shimano variant at the same price. Only to receive a return email that no refund or swap was possible . So ended up with a cassette I can not use. . Very poor customer service . Do not recommend doing buisness with them.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the client can send a cancellation request for a certain time after placing the order
however once it goes in preparation, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

One and only order on this web-site, one month to have this package (I pay almost 200$ for the delivery on a 4000$ (AUD) order...
They send you a groupset di2 without the original package of shimano, and the disc hasn't from the 105 road I ordered but from a MTB groupset Deore, just why ??
Update : 14/01/2023 - An other website based in Italy send me two package in less than a week from Italy to Australia, with free delivery when you buy more of 250€.
So yes, never again on your website...
And for the disc brake, I don't want to wait one more months, so I bought elsewhere the good one...

Kindly note that the delivery service you chose is Australia Post Standard (7/25 working days), and even considering the accidental return that happened during the first shipment, the package has been delivered in time (before 25 working days from the date of the order with shipment from Italy).
The supply of some products in large quantities can result in the absence of original individual packaging. These products are identical to those in the packaging in terms of quality. Their authenticity is always verifiable through the product codes engraved on them, and they are subject to the same warranty conditions as the products sold in the original packaging. Each of these products is carefully packed in order to avoid any damages during transportation and handling.
As for the disc, we have sent an email asking for pictures so we can understand if a mistake has occurred, however we still haven't received a reply from the client.
