Absolute Betrügerfirma! Dringende Warnung nicht bestellen!

Anfangs war der Betreiber ok, dann wäre er fast bankrott gegangen. Nun sind die Standards gleich 0.
Über Monate kommt nix an, wird aber fleißig abgebucht. Viele schöne Ausreden später heißt es: wir haben alles was fehlt gemeinsam nachgeschickt.
Nach langem warten dann die Mitteilung vom Zoll: Sie müssen Gebühren bezahlen.
Paket ausgelöst: Inhalt angeblich viel mehr Wert und drinne nur ein T-Shirt. (1! )
Das ist normalerweise Zollfrei vom Wert und unter keinem Umstand den deklarierten Betrag wert.

Der Kundenservice lügt wie Gedruckt und wer denkt das betrifft nur Leute aus der EU der liegt falsch. Selbst in Amerika werden die Pakete mit sage und schreibe 2 Jahren! Verspätung ausgeliefert - wenn überhaupt!

Bloss nix bestellen!

awful. never received crates. asked subscription to be cancelled so they didn’t take anymore money from me and to be refunded. they cancelled it right away but i haven’t received my refund of over £100. i have been emailing them for 7 months and can’t contact them. i never get an answer back. i’ve just about given up

First I got 3 things filling maybe 1/3 of the box all main

I subscribed to Loot Fright a year ago, with the special add-ons. I haven't received a single special add on, and I've only gotten three of the crates. I've actually moved, but they don't let you change your shipping address - fortunately my friends still live at my old place to get them for me.
When my subscription ended they automatic renewed it without my consent and charged me over £300. It's been over a month of hounding them, even with a confirmation of my refund request being raised, and I still haven't gotten my money back.

Don't waste your money. They might be the big name on the market but there are much better, cheaper boxes.

They have not sent over 6 months worth of items. I asked for a refund almost 2 months ago. Now they are not communicating with me.

3 crates paid for during a subscription 9 months ago and told they would be delayed. I moved house a couple months after they informed me of the delay and I contacted customer service who assured me they would be sent to my new address which they confirmed in an email.

Half a year later and I get an email telling me that 1 of the crates has been shipped, to my old address I have no access to.

They are offering no help or compensation for their own mistake.

Replys to customer service emails are taking 3 weeks!

Avoid them at all costs. At this point I am convinced they have just stolen my money.

Bought a Wizarding World crate and WW welcome crate in September. Wizarding World welcome crate was full of Horror items, not Harry Potter. The main crate never arrived. Ignoring emails and messages. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I’ve been waiting for nearly 6 months for a crate I ordered. I requested a refund about 3 months ago as I lost confidence and still have not got my money back.

Seit zwei Monaten laufe ich meinem Geld von einer stornierten Bestellung hinterher und immer wieder gibt es nur leere Versprechungen, dass ich es wieder bekomme und es zu ihren "refund center" weitergeleitet wurde. Sollen diese Verbrecher glücklich werden mit den $75, wenn sie es echt so nötig haben, Leute zu veräppeln, aber es geht ums Prinzip und ich hoffe es ergeht nicht anderen so! Also haltet euch bitte von dem Shop fern, auch wenn es wirklich verlockend ist!

Ordered in July 2020 for the Junji Ito series crates. 1st crate was to be delivered in October, 2nd in December, 3rd in February.

5 months after the initial 1st crate was due to be dispatched I am still waiting. I have received one email from lootcrate assuring me the crates would be posted in December 2020 (although the email was sent in January 2021 so unless they have a time machine that would be impossible.)

Since then no emails from loot crate, they have updated the shipping info on their website, but this has always been late, throughout most of April it stated the 3 crates I am waiting on would be posted in March, it all feels so tremendously disorganised.

I wrote to lootcrate asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription, its almost been 6 months I've been waiting for my crates and they haven't even been shipped yet. It taken about 4 days for loot crate to reply to my request for a refund to be told they have escalated my issue, unsure why their normal support team can't refund.

They keep telling me that they will refund my missing crates, but they just won't actually do it. I have been asking them politely for two years now. And all I get in return is "Please be aware we are currently processing and shipping crates. We appreciate your patience with us." Over and over and over and over again.

Ordered end of 2020 3 crates. Delayed the first one until February 2021 and still waiting on the others in April 2022. They sent emails apologizing several months ago, still get run around emails when trying to follow up.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Should be 0. I got a broken item, box it came in was not dented or damaged at all. You can tell the item was packed in the box broken. Asked for a replacement and got the run around at first, but finally got them to say they will replace it, but they told me it will take 8 to 12 weeks. It's bee. 20 weeks now and still nothing, they keep telling me they are backed up. I asked for my money back and no response over and over again. I'm also waiting for my remaining money back cause they are discontinuing the hello kitty crate. But still not response. They company just keeps taking and won't own up to their issues.

Ship our crates!!!! Paid the beginning of 2021.

The support team was no help about my order all they keep saying was our website is currently updating and they been saying it for months now and they kept changing the shipping month aswell. Never going to use this company again and I'm currently waiting on my full refund.

I have ordered a crate back in september the item did not arrive due to “delays” by february i was so frustrated i requested cancellation and refund on march 8th i did not get a response until i opened a new ticket on march 14 and spoke to a manager they told me i needed to send the paypal email due to the transaction being so old okay no problem send and done fast forward to april 9th still no refund and they haven’t responded since march 15th to my messages while i send them every 7/10 days one this is terrible

Awful, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They owe me 2 crates from over half a year ago. Customer services has just stopped responding to my messages. Honestly the customer services must be up with the worst in the world right now.

Almost a year ago I PAID for a 12 month subscription, out of the 12 t-shirts I PAID for I have received 5.
I have received less than half of what I already PAID for.
Please please save your money, this is not a trustworthy company!
