I bought these shoes based on the good reviews. I now suspect most of them were posted by bots and not reliable. I upsized as recommended from a size 10 to size 11. I could barely get my foot into the shoe. After 5 uses the eyes for the laces broke making the shoes useless. I had been made to belei9these were US made shoes but they are actually made in China and true to form have absolutely no quality control.

Best footwear I ever purchased from website. Perfect sizing and much comfortable when walk wearing that. Good pricing. Overall, happy with their customer service.

I have had the WORST experience with your company. Aside from the painfully slow responses your product isn't even the accurate size. I returned the product as you stated and have not received a refund or a replacement. I will be taking this up legally with my credit card company at this point because you are SCAM.

Order a pair of Loom shoes on 9/21 and then be told on 11/21 that I gave the wrong address now take it one step further & tell the customer these will be returned to the sender and that you will not be receiving a refund. Way to provide awful customer service!

It took 6 weeks for these to arrive. Once I received them,I found they are too small. I normally wear 71/2-8, ordered an 8 and way too small. They do not accept any exchanges or refunds unless you can prove the product arrived damaged. Very, Very poor customer service.

They have horrible supply chain issues. If you look through a lot of the reviews, you see a lot of stories about delay and mine was no different. I ordered in July and still waiting almost at the end of October. Don't waste your money with them.

Beware of their impossible return policy. There is no way to get a refund if the shoes do not fit.

Typically given the pandemic I would be understanding about this, but I'm doubly frustrated that their customer service is entirely lacking.

We ordered two pairs of these shoes in August and the size we ordered for my partner was back ordered. When we received my pair on August 22nd, we realised that we would need to go up a size for his shoes and reached out immediately to request a change in size.

They did not accommodate this or offer the option of refunding the second pair of shoes so that we could re-order. The second pair of shoes were shipped on Sept 9th and did not arrive until earlier this week. Now reading their return policy, they will not offer refunds if you accepted the delivery!

How is anyone supposed to process a return under these conditions?!

We've been ripped off now despite reaching out early 3 weeks before our order was shipped. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Loom footwear shoes run wide. And… the company will not accept returns! Received my shoes, long shipping process and shoes were too wide. Notified company immediately. Finally received message that no returns was in their policy.
Don’t buy these shoes!

I purchased a pair of women’s LOOM waterproof shoes in October 2020. They are very comfortable and are waterproof.
However, in July 2021, the rubber next to the shoestring split. I take very good care of these shoes , and do not abuse them. I have not worn them that much, so I was very shocked to see the split. Unfortunately, I will not purchase these again, since they don’t last that long.

I purchased these shoes online. They arrived at the wrong size. I contacted them to return only to find out I can return them within 7 days of purchase. They didn't arrive till around 10 days after purchase!! So I can not return them and they will not give me a refund. They do not answer emails. I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear and am $100 short!! Not worth the risk.

Do NOT buy from this crappy Chinese company. I did not received my shoes that I ordered in early May - it is now the first of July. They are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They sent me a tracking number that did not work, filed a claim with Paypal who denied the claim because these scammers apparently provided tracking - even though I am out $160.00 with no shoes. They are shady at best.

Awful quality shoes. They feel and smell like discount outlet runners made of the cheapest material possible. The shoes and box are completely unbranded so I have no doubt they are sold in other markets for a much cheaper price. They also have a no refund policy so now I am stuck with $110AUS shoes I could have bought for $20 at Aldi.

I had to wait several weeks to get my sneakers delivered. It was fine, I was not in a rush. Unfortunately, I have ordered the wrong size by mistake. I have ordered a size US 5 rather than UK 5 . They came really tiny, the shoe box was just a simple white blank shoe box, no logo, no brand, just the sizes and their Eur/UK equivalents on the side of the box and the shoes themselves had no labels. I was a bit disappointed but thought it might be because the size is small and that they do not provide the same boxes nor label for kids size shoes. Nevermind.
I contacted the support team and been advised to return them to California ( 26£ shipping fee) . Which I did .
Then , I got a dispatched mail for my replacement to come across. I was thinking from then the wait will be several weeks again. They did arrive faster than I thought : the reason is that they had been shipped from China !! They arrived in an identical white shoe box , no logo, no brand, nothing, the sneakers were made of a gross quality , you could see the glue between the outsole and the upper shoe, the sole itself seems to be made of simple polystyrene, they were too big, the fit isn’t great, they do not look as advertised and they ARE NOT WORTH the price they advertised : In fact, on the shipping label, the sender declared the value of the good to be worth 15USD !! On their website they advertised them as couple of hundreds dollars worth and reduced down to 99$ , this is a pure scam. This is absolutely outraging. I have sent them an email requesting a refund, sending them picutres of the sneakers and the sending label showing the value and origin of the product, they didn’t get back to me yet.
I buy top quality shoes and consequently pay the price for them. I would never ever buy these grossly made type of shoes in my life: I in fact avoid them. This is a good lesson for me to learn not to trust a well designed website. They even sent through, after my purchase, a testify video from an american basketball player, saying they were the best sneakers you could walk and run with. I do not understand it. I thought I would get a product of an exceptional quality, not a product you can buy in any market or low quality store. I will make my best to not let these fraudsters con anyone else and get away with it

I don’t understand why some people claim these shoes are waterproof. Within 5 minutes of walking through grass my socks were soaked. They performed worse than my not-supposed-to-be-waterproof-at-all running shoes. I’ve never had such wet feet from walking through grass with shoes on. The shoe is also pretty uncomfortable, no arch support and bunches up when you tie the laces. The product is very low quality, and the customer service is even worse. I tried to get a refund because the water resistance was just not what was advertised at all. So they made me make a video to prove the product was defective, and then when I made one they said it it is not supposed to be 100 percent waterproof. Don’t buy this shoe.

These shoes are not waterproof.

I walked through a park for about 40 minutes, and it rained the night before and my shoes were soaked from the damp grass.
Also, not the most comfortable shoes either; I got blisters after the walk.

Extremely disappointed with this product.

While they are waterproof, they feel cheaply made and the poor quality shows. I walk about an hour and half per day in a city and the sole on the heel of the shoe has worn away after just four months.

Customer service was extremely unhelpful. Don't waste your time.

I dont know yet about the quality of the shoes.I totally agree with other reviews. their customer service is horrible. Their policy is insane. refunds are not accepted for them. I would like to exchange my shoes in a smaller size they make it so complicated. I'm told that I will actually be responsible for paying for my own shipping costs for exchanging and returning my item. Once they receieve my return, they will then process my replacement. But don't even bother to tell me how to return, how can I get a packing slip.. not at all. We have been emailing back and forth for 10 times but no one really wants to help and i still have ZERO information how to return it to get my replacement

I purchased my first Loom sneakers a few weeks ago & I am extremely disappointed! The quality and comfort is just not there. These are one of the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever tried on! And I don’t have wide feet or special feet that require extra width etc. And for the cost I expected the construction/quality of the shoe to be much better. Please rethink your purchase with this company for the following reason; 1. NO refunds unless you refuse delivery & return them in the exact same packaging & within 7 days AND you PAY for shipping. 2. They are extremely uncomfortable starting with a very narrow front and the heel of the shoe being very firm, no cushion & rubbing as soon as you put your foot in the shoe. 3. They take weeks to ship out. 4. Their customer service response/assistance is very poor. 5. The sole of the sneaker is very thin & looks cheap. 6. The bottom of the shoe looks cheaply made. 7. They cost $99.00 & up!

I will never again purchase anything from this company. During this entire process from purchase to trying to get a refund it feels like the company is a scam. Too good to be true once you receive their terrible shoe you’re stuck with it.

Ordered these for my son. No padding, felt like hard plastic, horrible quality. We were looking for waterproof shoes, these unfortunately, are not it.
