Don't order from this company. The shoe sizing is way off but will not pay for return shipping and will charge $30 for the exchange.

I ordered up to a size 11 and the shoes are just too small/ short. Unfortunately I am stuck with them as there are 'absolutely no refunds'.

Loom shoes is the worst company to deal, they promise a replacement after I paid the return shipping which cost me 45$ because they want to be a tracking, receive the shoes made me pay another $30 for shipping the replacement, but never send them so I lost $170 for them, and they return my emails anymore. Sucks, big time

I received my Loom waterproof sneakers from loomfootwear. It's exactly what I expected. Very comfortable and simple to clean.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
they are absolutely horrible. They will not exchange your item. It’s like pulling teeth trying to send these things back. Plus they charge a 30$ handling fee and on top of that you have to pay for your own label. They are based out of California yet they are trying to tell ne to ship the shoes to China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

the right shoe's sole was digging into my big toe upon arrival. reached out to loom same day, after sending pictures and explaining the defect the only option they offered is for me to send it back minus $30 from what I paid for "processing fees". I ordered 2 more pairs from TofMo for $25 each and they have no defect like the pair I ordered directly from LOOM. They are still refusing to accept the defective pair unless I pay them $30. about to dispute this with my bank

This online retailer does not accept exchanges or returns. The sizes are not anywhere close to other shoe manufacturers. Avoid if you don't want to get stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I don't know if they actually send out the shoes but good luck trying to get your money back. They charged us for 2 pairs when we only ordered one. We ordered a size 13 they then added a size 6 to our order and changed us for them, we emailed immediately no response for over a week and they said they were goin to send them out anyway and there would be no returns refunds. Never got them and they will not give us back our money.

By far the worst customer experience I have had. Lost my shoes in transit from china. Mail carrier sent back to loom, loom says it’s the mail carrier (it’s not) they sent the shoes back to the sender. On top of that they sent me an additional pair of shoes that I got that where size 6 men’s and I’m size 9. Charged me for both and will not work with me. If I send the size 6 back that I actually receive it will cost $240 plus their $30 restock fee… no help, to bad for me mentality. I will never buy from loom in my lifetime.

Customer service takes days to respond. You have to pay $30 for a return plus shipping to China. The China address doesn’t have a name or business to address it to, it’s just a room in a building. Very sketchy. I high recommend looking elsewhere for shoes and I wish bloggers and influencers would stop making paid promotional posts for this company.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a pair of their shoes a size larger than I normally wear and they are still too tight. I contacted LOOM and they responded by telling me that to return the shoes I would have to pay a $30 restocking fee. The only way to purchase these shoes is online. I would also have to pay for return shipping. I said that I would rather give these shoes away than give LOOM any more money. How does an online business not offer free returns? They also wanted me to take pictures of the shoes as if I did something to them. I tried them on, walked inside and promptly took them off. They claim to have a memory foam insole that makes them very comfortable. Its there alright but it is so thin you feel like you are walking barefoot. Horrible product and the worst customer service. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could.

Immediately following the placement of my order, I received an offer of 10% discount if I accepted immediately. I didn’t see any indication that was for a second pair.

Low and behold, I got a second transaction billed! Not 2 minutes after placing the order I responded to the confirmation email requesting my order be adjusted to just 1 pair!

Three days later, I received a response indicating the order has already been shipped…yet the tracking information provided shows it has not yet left.

Their return policy will not accept returns…so here I am, with 2 pairs of the same shoe heading my way and I can’t return them!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

As a person who is late to get on the e-commerce wagon, I will be returning to brick and mortar shopping to avoid scam artist companies like Loom Footware!!!

IF they do approve a return, they have you send the sneakers back to China and you pay for this as well as a significant handling fee. Sneaker sizing way off, made for people with very skinny feet. If you do not have skinny feet, buy two-three sizes up. Poor customer service, a DO NOT BUY rating.

Scammers!! Cheaply made in China! Do not buy!! Fits awfully- worth $8.

Do not buy these shoes!
They advertise them as being 100% waterproof. I can guarantee you they are not. I have had these shoes for only a month or so and every time I am out in rain or walk in wet area my feet are wet!
When they were first delivered they were delivered with glue and grease marks on them. I kept them thinking it was only a aesthetic issue however they have not performed well at all for the main purpose I bought them. To be waterproof.
If you are looking for waterproof shoes don’t buy these there are much better comparable brands out there!
The company has refused to take responsibility or offer a solution so I recommend saving your time now.

I work in a plant nursery and wanted an alternate pair of waterproof shoes to wear. I only wore the shoes one day. I came home with blisters on both ankles above my heals and my socks were soaked. I contacted customer service and since I could not produce a video showing the water soaking through on a paper towel, they said there was nothing they could do. As for the blisters, I was told the shoes were too tight. I usually wear a 6.5-7. I ordered a size 8. The shoes were not too tight. Please be aware that all sales are final with Loom. Unfortunately, I did not read all of their policies before I made my purchase.

Do not buy these shoes. They are NOT waterproof at all, you get wet feet by just walking in wet grass.
Extremely poor quality. The sole is made of some cheap material and discolors immediately and cannot be cleaned.
They are not accurate EU sizes, far too small. The shoes come from China not the US.
The delivery time was more than 5 months to Sweden.
Stay away.

They will not give a refund. Ever. I didn't even take the shoes out of the box and they won't issue a refund. Wished I had known before I ordered.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!

The website lied about sizing- they tell you to size up if your a half size- because according to them they are based on EU sizes. I can tell you from actual experience they lied. I ordered a size 8 - like they said because I am a 7.5, the sneakers arrived 10 days later, and they were too big, I asked for a return label and was given days and multiple evasive emails - I was also told to take a video and photos before I could return them - (really!, weird) so I did, each response took 24 hrs because they were buying time to reject the return! Finally, I contacted my credit credit card company to dispute the charge and included the cost for the return of the sneakers. The company kept wanting to send me a size 7 (although they were on back order supposedly for this size) - despite me saying repeatedly that I did not want a size 7, and that I wanted a full refund long with a return shipping label. I finally decided to send them the sneakers, paying for the return then sent LOOM customer service the tracking and the cost which stated I wanted to be refunded and after 6 emails response they finally said sorry we will not refund you for the return shipping, but only the cost of the sneakers!!!

I am filing complaint with the consumer affairs, BBB and attorney general so other consumers know how deceptive this company is.
