The toe box is very narrow, so don't even try because you'll be stuck with expensive shoes you can't wear! They say you can't return because of sanitary reasons but I've returned many shoes from other companies with no issues.

Ok, so I ordered a pair of shoes and immediately realized they had my wrong shipping address. I contacted customer service minutes after placing my order, they took days to get back to me and said they couldn't do anything about it. I ordered another pair and I'm still waiting on it a month later. I was sent several "tracking updates" that said the shoes had yet to ship, even after contacting customer service. First, if they take so long to ship, why couldn't I change a shipping address? Second, waiting a month to even get a shipping update...not the shoes, is pretty nuts. I would highly, highly recommend getting shoes somewhere else.

These shoes are great for the first 6 months, then they lose their waterproof ability, and the soles fall apart. Expected a better shoe than that. Do not recommend.
