Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass auf meine Wünsche bzw. meinen Kleidungsgeschmack eingegangen wurde. Ich habe nur ein Shirt behalten. Leider hat die Retoure auch nicht geklappt. Einige Zeit später wurde mir einfach nochmal Geld abgezogen, weil ich angeblich nicht alles zurückgeschickt habe. Auf eine Nachricht von meiner Supportanfrage warte ich immer noch, ....

Ich habe tolle Sachen erhalten und alles hat super gepasst. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und auch von der Qualität überzeugt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist total in Ordnung.

Es ist schwierig zu kündigen und die Lieferung einzustellen, wird einfach ignoriert und weiter gesendet und abgebucht. Keine Telefonnummer kein Kundenservice zum Anrufen.
Unmöglich

Meine Nichte hat mir von Lookiero erzählt. Ich war etwas skeptisch, wurde aber sehr positiv überrascht. Gleich von der ersten Box habe ich 4 Teile behalten! Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall dabei.

Es war ein tolles Ergebnis als ich die Sachen probiert habe und alles perfekt zusammen gepasst hat. Auch das die Größe gepasst hat und ich mich sehr wohl darin gefüllt habe lg

Ich habe klassisch und elegant angegeben, beige, weiß, Safarilook Größe L.
Zwei Teile haben Größe M und passten nicht. Ein cardigan kann, wahnsinnig altbacken, nichts war elegant, eine Hose war blau. Obwohl ich drei Wochen täglich die hop oder top Auswahl auf der Site gemacht habe. Lieblose Auswahl. Von einem Personal Shopper erwarte ich mehr Bezug zu den Angaben der Kundin.
Alle Sachen gehen zurück, Abo gekündigt. Ein mordsaufwand für Nix.

Sie haben einen sehr tolle Auswahl an Kleidung in der Box gepackt. Es war beim alle Kleidungsstücke die passende Größe.
Toll war, dass die Beraterin einige Sache gepackt hat, die ich nie in Leben ausprobieren hätte.
Rücksendung war einfach und schnell erledigt.

Bestellung nie erhalten, Kundenservice antwortet nicht

Ich habe auf meine Bestellung hin leider weder eine Vorschau der Artikel bekommen, noch ist das Paket jemals angekommen. Der Liefertermin wäre vor 2 Wochen gewesen. Auf keine meiner Anfragen wurde bisher geantwortet, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Ich kann die Bestellung weder stornieren, noch weiß ich ob sie jemals ankommen wird. Ich kann Lookiero daher absolut nicht empfehlen.

Qualität und Preis sind super

The whole procudure was easy, friendly and smooth. The clothings are of good quality and they really fit together very very well. The trousers have the perfect length (I am not that tall). I love the material of every pieace, I have bought (2trousers, 2bluses and 1pullover). Some are hand-washing-items, but thats ok for me. I didn't send any clothing back, I ve kept all the items I chose via Mail. And I am loving it!

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. All emails and messages on various social media platforms have been ignored. Had to send the parcel back Royal Mail at my own cost of £8 because the nearest drop off to me is 200 miles away and no one answers their emails.

More importantly, I made it crystal clear in my notes that I'm HIGHLY allergic to leather of all kinds and they sent a leather jacket, causing a reaction the minute I opened the box.

It was 2 weeks late arriving as well.

Don't bother, it's an absolute scam and I'm still contemplating seeking damages in court.

Ce sont des voleurs, et leur stratégie est de vous envoyer des paquets que vous n'avez pas commandé mais qu'il vont vous faire payer. Une vraie arnaque !
Quelqu'un devrait attaquer cette entreprise et la faire fermer, car elle ne fait qu'arnaquer les clients !
Fuyez, mais si vous avez fait l'erreur de vous inscrire, faîtes bloquer votre carte de crédit immédiatement !

Really bad experience they don’t listen. Too much headache for no reason. Listen to your customers. They sent me a load of rubbish they did not read what I wanted. I the. Contacted customer services they were no help whatsoever , how are you running your company. They still sent the items even though well before I said cancel. I have sent it all back today it was awful the choice of clothes I mean what type of stylists are they. I asked for party dresses. I got a cardigan and trouser and a shirt omg really. Anyway what more can I say not Happy or impressed complete waste of time. Thanks.

Ich kann jedem nur raten seine e-mail Adresse auf Hacks zu überprüfen und Passwörter auszuwechseln. Lookiero wurde gehackt. Meine eigene e-mailadresse erschien im August auf einem hack forum.

This company has taken money from my account accusing me of keeping an item of clothing, which I have not. Looking at these reviews it is a regular occurrence for them! Customer service non existent. Stay away from this company.

Good selection of clothing items, easy way of returning.
Could be a Bit less marketing mailings.

Another day with no resolution. Customer service is non existent. They’ve closed their case (without resolving it, investigating it or taking ANY steps to liase with their own courier) and apparently they can’t re-open a case once they’ve closed it. Utter rot. I will NEVER use these fraudsters again.
