Pretty good
They've got a lot of skin care brands that I like. The delivery (if stock is available in UAE) is pretty quick as well. I feel confident getting my products from here without having to worry it's a fake or anything.

I used a discount code on my order and…
I used a discount code on my order and was charged twice, for two different amounts. Customer service has been completely unhelpful in resolving this. It appears the app glitched, but I have never experienced a system that splits a payment this way.
The first charge matched the discounted total shown in my basket (after the 33% discount), and then a second charge was taken for the difference that I had supposedly saved. This is extremely concerning and feels misleading. Despite explaining this clearly, no one seems to understand or properly address the issue.
