I've been having regular HydraFacials and Hydra Glass Facials at this clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every visit a great experience.
Since starting my treatments, I've noticed a huge difference in my skin. It's much clearer, more radiant, and feels deeply hydrated. From my initial consultation, they took the time to assess my skin and recommended a new skincare regime using medical-grade products, which has made a real difference.
I've had treatments with both Kylie and Ellen, and they are fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and always make me feel comfortable. Their expertise and care really show in the results.

Be Careful With Pricing
I went to London Real Skin for a milia removal on my eyelid. Loretta, the receptionist, was excellent — very responsive and clear in her communication via email and phone. Dr Inna did a good job removing the milia, although the procedure was painful.
The reason for the 3-star review is the pricing issue. Before my appointment, I repeatedly confirmed the cost with Loretta and was told each time that the treatment would be £50. I specifically asked multiple times because I like to be prepared for what I’m paying.
After the treatment was completed, Dr Inna told me the total was £150 — triple the quoted price. When I explained I hadn’t budgeted for this and had been told £50, I was told that “the receptionists don’t know how much treatments are,” which is concerning given they book these treatments daily.
I then found myself in an awkward position of having to negotiate the price after the procedure had already been done. I ended up paying £75, even though the originally agreed price was £50. Pricing should never be negotiated post-treatment, especially when a price has been clearly discussed in advance.
Be cautious and make sure pricing is confirmed in writing, as unexpected price changes are not acceptable.

We would like to clarify that we offer complimentary consultations so that every area of concern can be fully assessed, the most appropriate treatment option can be identified, and an accurate treatment cost can be confirmed. Whilst we can provide indicative pricing over the phone based on an initial description, we always advise that any cost estimate is subject to clinical assessment, as the final recommendation can depend on factors such as the location, size, number, and complexity of the lesion.
Dr Inna’s approach is focused on ensuring treatments are performed safely and effectively, while also considering the most appropriate and cost-effective option for each individual patient. We appreciate that patients want to understand costs in advance, and have reviewed our communication processes to ensure this expectation is consistently managed.

Refund dispute as couldn't get into clinic for an appt as no-one there ?
Waited for someone to let me into clinic for a booked appt : tried phoning and was on hold for 30 mins : now in process to get a refund - which is ongoing.

Bad service overpriced
After having a consultation a while back I have to say I wasn’t impressed at all. There are many clinics that do these treatments but the prices are way too high here and not very honest with expectations. Overall would give 0 stars. I had a fair lady with a pony tail forgot her name but she speaks very patronising to you rather than being patient and honest about the treatment.
