Unfortunately very poor experience from…

Unfortunately very poor experience from the start. Placed a order, problem with one item on order, was told by member of staff on phone whole order would be cancelled and I needed to reorder which I did, this was incorrect, only the item in question cancelled so now have duplicate of entire order. Customer service not interested, their excuse was that the member of staff was new, I now have doubles of prescription item that will go to waste and out of pocket. Another item on both orders out of stock but not informed for over a week, eventually contacted to say no update on when availability will be so will be cancelled and refunded but only refunded for one order not the second.
Overall very disappointing leaving a small business out of pocket. Recommend using other pharmacies like church who are much more professional and organised.

Terrible process

Terrible process. The same address I have used for years to have Botox delivered was declined and left me with a late order and disappointed clients. The process of. Ordering Botox was made to be very difficult

Disappointing

When I hVe delivery and no one opens the door,driver immediately returns the order without further attempts, asking neighbours,etc
Next day when delivery comes , as it should be in the fridge, it is not kept in fridge so all melted

Easy to order

Easy to order, but 2 things that marked it down for me. The cost of delivery £12 including the VAT more than other pharmacies and the very flimsy box, meant when delivered the box was damaged and quite dented! . The driver advised I check the contents before he left. Luckily the content was ok and only one of the content boxes slightly damaged. But products ok to use. So for the cost of delivery I would expect a sturdy box with paper to protect the content, rather than plastic.

Order steps could be more friendly, and the orders builder is not easy to manage; or maybe a necessary clients' training/Demo will be helpful.

I ordered an azzalure twin pack but…

Thank you George at Healthxchange- they managed to help resolve my issue within a few hours and send me the rest of my order.

I ordered an azzalure twin pack but only received one inside the pack. Have taken photos and emailed- not heard anything for two days and my patient was due in and had to cancel appointment. Called twice to customer services and both people have given me a different response. Not happy at all.

Dpd let this service down

Dpd let this service down
no delivery on saturday, forcing me to cancel patients last minute, looks bad on my clinic as a business owner
Spoke with healthxchange today, & order has been rearranged but i now have to travel an hour to one of my clinics i don't work at tomorrow to collect the order, and hope that dpd deliver this time, when they could have delivered to my closer clinic has healthxchange called me back when they said they would 🙄

DPD didn’t deliver my parcel

DPD didn’t deliver my parcel even though I was home all day. No options available to rearrange delivery and following a second attempt it was returned. This has been such a negative and stressful experience. I’m so disappointed and won’t be using healthxchange again if this isn’t resolved promptly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been.

We’ve reviewed the delivery with DPD, and can confirm they made two delivery attempts at the address provided. On both occasions, the driver attended the property and attempted delivery. As you kindly shared with us separately, the video footage confirms that the driver attended your property, waited for a reasonable period of time, and then proceeded to their next delivery when delivery could not be completed.

The order was subsequently returned to our pharmacy where a pharmacist has safely disposed of it, due to containing cold chain medicines. Therefore this cannot be re‑sent, as doing so would pose a patient safety risk. Patient safety is, and will always be, our top priority.

We understand how disappointing this outcome is and appreciate that delivery issues can be stressful. Our Customer Services Supervisor has since been in touch directly to help, and we remain keen to support further.
