Ho acquistato 2 biglietti aereo per il Costarica, purtroppo per motivi personali ho dovuto annullare il viaggio, ma grazie alla formula Garanzia di cancellazione ho ricevuto un rimborso in 48 ore, pari al 70% del prezzo pagato senza dover dare nessuna giustificazione.

Mentira mentira mentira, no es por tiempo de tardar en reservar, por defecto te suben el precio siempre ,no os escuseis de que el precio varia según el tiempo, llevo 3 billetes seguidos cancelados con la misma oferta y siempre, siempre la suben después de meter los datos de la tarjeta. 0% de fiabilidad. No recomiendo reservar con lol shit travel

J’ai réservé un hôtel via Lol.travel, mais je n’ai pas pu y séjourner. Malgré cela, l’hôtel m’a facturé, et Lol.travel refuse de me rembourser. J’ai contacté leur service client plusieurs fois, mais soit ils ne répondent pas, soit ils ignorent mes demandes.
L’hôtel fait semblant de ne pas comprendre et ne répond pas aux emails. Lol.travel, en tant qu’intermédiaire, est responsable, mais ils ne prennent aucune mesure pour résoudre le problème.
Si vous cherchez un service fiable, fuyez Lol.travel. En cas de problème, vous serez laissés sans réponse et sans remboursement.

Sudden Administration Fee
Tried booking a ticket, suddenly see that administration costs are included when I wanted to pay. I go through the proces again and notice that when I select the payment method, they increase the price with €137 without any notice. Scummy behavior...

Negados a ayudar
Negados a ayudar, y a añadir el segundo apellido en nuestros tickets, que a la hora de comprar, lo hicimos erróneamente sólo con un apellido, cuándo por ley están obligados. Lo que buscan es que canceles y quedarse con una parte del dinero y el negocio les sale redondo. Se escudan es que la compañía no les deja, mentira hablado con ellos, y además si ellos son los que emiten, ellos son los que deben de cambiarlo. Hablamos de 4 billetes de una familia por importe superior a 5000€. Vergonzoso, estafa, y familia con impotencia, porque además no cogen nunca el teléfono. Serán denunciados.

The price changes in the middle of the purchase
I have recently used the services of loltravel to book several trips to Zurich. And on each occasion, in the middle of the purchase process, a message appears warning me that the price has changed. It may be once, but it has happened to me several times. I am not at all happy about this incident.

"I want to warn all travelers against the fraudulent practices of LOL TRAVEL. I booked two plane tickets with this online agency, ensuring that date changes were free, as indicated on their website. However, when I wanted to change my booking, I was asked to pay exorbitant fees of 430 euros!
They are liars and thieves! They do not hesitate to deceive their customers to extort money from them. Do not make the same mistake as me, avoid LOL TRAVEL at all costs if you do not want to be scammed."

We booked a flight thru lol
We booked a flight thru lol. We were later emailed informing us they had to change our flights and we had to pay in a certain amount for the changes . This change in our flight would cause us to miss our next flights so we requested to cancel and refund. They then stopped responding to emails and no refund. Our bookings cannot be found on the airlines either. Feels like a huge scam.

We made a booking and we changed the date within 24 hours. They said we were going to get it back the money within 7 workdays. We still don't have it back. We are now 20 days later.The communication is vague and not correct. They said a couple of days ago that it was refunfed but NOW 5 days later nothing yet.

bad experience
I had a really bad experience with this platform. Twice I tried to book a flight at a set price and twice they resetted the process, probably to bump up the price. Ridiculous
In response to their answer below: that is incorrect information and dishonest, as the price does not fluctuate within 10 seconds and twice in a row. You need to look after your customers better.

Yo tengo que decir que estaba con muchisimo miedo leyendo los comentarios, despues de haber realizado dos reservas una a china y otra a hong kong. Dos billetes para dos personas q suman mas de 2.000€ para el mes de julio/agosto.
Me han contestado a todas mis dudas por mail super rapido y ya tengo los vuelos confirmados por las compañías aereas… por si os sirve…

Nessuna e-mail di conferma
Ho acquistato due voli per Bali e dopo due giorni non mi è arrivata nessuna e-mail né nello spam né in posta ricevuta. Di conseguenza non ho nessun codice per verificare se i biglietti esistano o meno. Impossibile entrare nell’area clienti, impossibile parlare con un’operatore. Se entro oggi non mi risolvono il problema dimostrando di non essere un sito truffa mi muoverò per altre vie.

Ho ricevuto correttamente la conferma della prenotazione mi dicono di accedere all'area riservata che conferma la prenotazione non c'è nessun biglietto ho fatto diverse telefonate con risultato nullo mi dicono che per problemi con la ricezione del biglietto Devo digitare quattro cifre presenti nella mail di conferma della prenotazione Ma la mail oltre al PNR non presenta nessun numero di quattro cifre... Vorrei sapere se i biglietti sono effettivamente prenotati e quando li riceverò e soprattutto in caso di difficoltà Dove dovrai reperire il numero a quattro cifre

La sua prenotazione è regolarmente confermata. Può visionarla accedendo alla sua area riservata al seguente link: https://www.lol.travel/it?showPNR=1
Per accedere le viene chiesto PNR e mail utilizzata per effettuare la prenotazione.
Entrando vedrà la sua prenotazione e cliccando su "vedi dettagli" atterrerà sulla pagina di gestione della prenotazione dove trova il PIN telefonico a 4 cifre da digitare in chiamata in caso di necessità (lo può vedere anche sulla sua mail di conferma in sezione dedicata). Il biglietto è in emissione e lo riceverà a breve via mail, quando sarà emesso lo può anche scaricare dalla sua area riservata sulla pagina di gestione della prenotazione menzionata sopra, tramite il bottone "Scarica biglietto".
Dalla pagina di gestione della prenotazione ha a disposizione anche la possibilità di contattarci direttamente per qualsiasi domanda o necessità.
