The service I received today was excellent.

The service I received today was amazing. Jack was not only professional but he used his rapport bulding skills to make me feel valued. I really appreciate good customer service and I can say that Jack was polite and expediant without sounding like a robot. Thank you for making me smile today Jack. I will definitley be coming back. I would also like to add that prior to Jack I spoke with a lady who I think was called Maddy, (sorry if I am wrong,) and she too went out of her way to help me. Thank you both. Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. They offered advice and alternatives. The sales team are really friendly and very knowledgeable on all their products. The delivery team were polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Stan and Jakub are a credit to the company

Damaged drawers

Delivery of damaged drawers. Driver delivered the drawers to my son at his university accommodation and didn't wait for unwrapping. My son opened the package to find that one the doors/drawer handle was chipped and broken - clearly poorly assembled but Loft decided to pack it up and sell it anyway! I have emailed requesting compensation but am still waiting for a reply.

Driver Dany Dumlao, crashed my motorbike driving in reverse direction at 20:14 on 14.4.2022, address accident 40 Marsh Wall, London E14 9TP, driving a company van plate number PN20 FWL, the company name Halls Furnishings Ltd, web name Loft Interiors
I was stopped by him, me behind, waiting a motorcycle from other direction to pass. Without reason he decided to drive reverse first, maybe to park, despite my safe distance and horning, hit my motorbike front, then front left side, caused the motorbike to fall on right side, drag me 2-3 meters.
He and Kenroy, passanger in the van, informed that doesn’t know details of insurance company.

Great service!

As an estate agent I deal with Loft very often to organise furniture packs for our clients. I have dealt with Astarday and Josh who have both been so helpful! Astarday has been so patient and accommodating when designing packs for me and all of the packs she has prepared look great! Definitely recommend Loft :)

AVOID

AVOID, avoid like the plague.
The quality is so low, the materials are visibly cheap and will not withstand much use before showing wear. The products are cheap, on trend imitations of actual furniture; like if you were buying a sofa from boohoo or Primark. In fact, fast fashion is exactly what Loft furniture brings to mind. May photograph well and the price is tempting, but you’ll regret it, loathe it then wish you had spent a bit more money or something better quality.
Somehow the customer care is even worse. I had to return a sofa as faulty after 3 months, but before I could do that I had to beg for attention via email. I had to chase for months for them to pick the sofa up, after the pick up I had to chase for months for the money back. I was so annoyed by the whole ordeal I actually passed it onto my partner. It took something like 5 months from reporting it to finally receiving the refund, might’ve even been longer. I feel bad for tenants because this company does interior design and this is exactly the kind of furniture landlords and residential developers buy. Not cool.

Most uncomfortable sofa ever Loft and Cimmermans

I ordered the robin day club sofa from these via Cimmermann.co.uk as was repeatedly ignored by them when trying to order at just under £3400 and what load of crap it really is awful,I’m so disappointed with it,can’t even sit on it it’s so uncomfortable would be better off sat on a milk crate, I asked could i return it the next day even offering to pay all transport costs only to be told NO that it was made to order so does not qualify but this is just a cunning trick to not adhere to the consumer rights laws and told I should by more cushions from them,so beware if your thinking of buying one of these then think again it really is the worst sofa and aftersales service I’ve ever had 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Excellent!

Praises to ever cheerful Maddie for her very friendly help and fast, efficient service from beginning to end on our project. She ‘got’ the brief immediately and knowledgeable and sensible suggestions/alternatives never came with pressure. Top marks to her and her team and would definitely recommend and use Loft again for similar work. Would have given 5 stars but for a rather poor and completely unnecessary slip up on delivery. This was rectified within a few days but did let the side down.

Sofa is more like a bench

Sofa is more like a bench - my landlord bought it for an unbelievable £400(!) and it's just a total piece of trash. It's too shallow in depth for anyone over 5ft to sit on, and the cushions are framed with wood so you are basically sitting on a wooden bench instead of a sofa! Total trash and they won't give a refund to my landlord (who unsurprisingly was sold it on looks and never actually sat on it). Doesn't function for it's purpose and has impacts my mental health daily because I can't even relax on the sofa in my own living room. WHAT A CON.

Never keep promises

Couple of wardrobes not delivered because they didn't have flat packed stock available, every week called for updates LOFT Interiors sales team kept saying next week will have stocks available and promised will call me for update and never ever they call for update. I need to keep calling them and hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes in order to chase them for updates.
They also promised to deliver furniture on specific date but forgotten about it, I had arranged someone to be at the property waited for the delivery that never turn up.
The sales team personel went for holiday never past down anything to anyone. Not a good company at all dealing with customer service

I ordered a bed for a rental property…

I ordered a bed for a rental property to replace a broken bed. I waited weeks for the bed, in the end I had to get a bed from elsewhere as the tenant was going mad with no bed. I then requested a refund, which Loft kept saying they would return to me, but I still haven't had my money back 3 weeks an still waiting despite lots of calls and emails. Very poor service

Creaky Bed -deemed "fit for use with no fault"

Creaky Bed -deemed "fit for use with no fault" by a "bed specialist" and "normal creaks" , after he told us that he believes to understand the issue and then ditched us with the above message - please note that the creaks were happening on every muscle move and all screws have been tightened before the inspection - This review is based on our own genuine experience with regards to their customer service abilities, or Inability I should say, lack of communication and purely SCAM behavior, leaving the customer to solve "his own" problem.
Their reply made me feel physically sick, and here is Hope that no elders with problems will ever have to go trough this, - solving "their own problems".

Phenomenal customer service!

By far the best customer service I have experienced. LOFT go above and beyond to access the apartment, and leave the furniture "tenant ready". Great communication and friendly staff. Products are decent but it would be nice to have more options and more information on products on the website.

Great Service

Very impressed with the efficient service starting with help from Sales guy Josh to choose, order process, delivery and installation. Product quality good and as described. Great communication and efficiently returned when they first brought the wrong washing machine.

Excellent all around service.

Excellent all around service.
Staff were extremely helpful at head office, taking my order and arranging a delivery date to suit. They called to let me know when the van was 15 minutes away. The two men delivering yesterday were very obliging, especially considering the difficult access. They had to unpack the sofa to take it upstairs in pieces. Assembly was quick and efficient and they were polite and helpful the whole time. They took away the rubbish when they finished and positioned the sofa for me. I highly recommend Loft Interiors.
