Got my man cave and office fitted out with the help of for Loft team. They were amazing to deal with, they helped me find exactly what I needed and the customer service along the journey was wonderful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Delivery driver arrived promptly and delivered to customer who were also very happy, Product is good quality and does what it need to do! Customer service, to the delivery team communication was amazing!

Applied for a business credit account, got a call off Ben.. went thro the forms so on.. got accepted for one.. places an order then was told due to the items I needed to pay up front!

Defects the object of a credit account.

Gordana is absolutely amazing at what she does, she helped me with some works I had (296856.) and made sure I was kept completely in the loop with everything!! Her response time is fantastic and she as the best customer service i've seen.

I’ve been working with LOFT on many projects, and so far we are super satisfied with quality and service. I have a special mention for Gordana Spender on job number 296216 who tremendously helped us deliver an urgent and last minute project in London. Almost instant replies to all my concerns, and as soon as the job was finished, she sent me a report with photos. No only, that, she got involved in helping with another project in Manchester that’s unrelated to her and made sure the team was ready. 2 rushed and urgent projects perfectly executed in less than 24 hours! Very grateful!

Had a fantastic experience from Loft. The two delivery guys kept me well informed on their arrival time, they removed my old bed frame and installed my new bed frame in super quick time. I cannot fault the service at all from this company

Do not order. When you finally get your order, it’s damaged and when you arrange a refund and no one gets back to you, or even worse they’ll say your refund is being processed and it never happens.
Do not order. Stick to reputable websites for sure!!!!!

Got a call 40 minutes before delivery ensuring I was in! Troy & Edward were absolutely delightful & so helpful I couldn’t recommend Loft enough. They were quicj, efficient & a pleasure. I don’t normally review companies like this but was so impressed I had to.

The worst company I’ve ever come across, I had a mattress delivered and wasn’t satisfied with the quality. The delivery man completely lied to me and said he had spoken to the office and that they were willing to upgrade me and would replace the mattress free of charge, great I thought but this was a complete and utter lie because as soon as he left the office then completely denied it or knew no such thing of it and then went as far as calling me a liar. The delivery man has since hung up on me and won’t answer my calls. They are complete and utter cowboys.

Plus I asked for my original mattress back the next day and was told they had it and then when I rang again someone else said they didn’t have it and it had already been disposed off. Please please read the other reviews and avoid this company, as everyone has said below avoid like the plague. Worst customer service, rude and complete and utter liars.

Avoid, better go to IKEA and do everything yourself (can also save some money doing so). Before putting the order (8000GBP order for a one-bedroom flat) the sales team was super communicative, kind, fast etc. When the order was finalised, I was passed from one sales manager to another and when I finally managed to arrange delivery&installation (dates changed 2-3 times) the crew that came to the apartment did not install anything and just left! No one ever reported to me what happened and I found out from my cleaning crew next day. The cleaning crew could not clean because the apartment was full of boxes (of course I had to pay them for their visit)! Tried calling and emailing all sales managers involved in my order - no answer. Even tried messaging on Whatsapp since one of the sales managers (before order was finalised of course) used to text me about the order. Finally, they emailed saying they were sorry and also informed me that one of the items was not delivered because they found a similar item already installed in the apartment (!) We are talking about a paid item I ordered... they just decided not to deliver it :)
