From beginning to end the whole team really support my business needs and time frames. The different options I was given were great and as was able to see what would work at different price points.
Nothing seemed like to much trouble and the design team spent the time, understood what we needed and within a budget.

I recently purchased a new dining table and couldn't be happier with the experience. The table is fantastic—great value for money and noticeably cheaper than similar styles elsewhere, without compromising on quality. It was easy to assemble and looks stunning in our space.

A driver driving a loft van nearly hit me by going through a red light on great west road. The registration plate started with PN20 so you can find this dangerous driver.

i really wanted a simple oak danish style dining table, kept losing bids on ercol plank tables on ebay. Then came across the table at Loft. It was just before Christmas and knowing they are based in Manchester and I live in Newcastle I didn't know for sure if they would manage to get it to me in time for Christmas - they did! they were easy to communicate with, reliable, reasonably priced and with very stylish high quality furniture. Really pleased thankyou!

Good product, poor customer service
Ordered a mattress as previous ones were good quality. Product was good but customer service was very poor. It took me two emails and five phone calls over the span of a month to get them to actually deliver the order. It was an in stock mattress with delivery to a residential house so not sure why it went so wrong for them. One person mentioned the wrong warehouse was supposed to deliver it which is why it got stuck.

This is a great service all round
This is a great service all round ,It only took one day from when I made my online purchase to delivery .The sales rep rang me up and arranged delivery to suit me and timing next day was spot on.
The two delivery drivers are a credit and have this down to a tee. From unloading to getting the items to the appartment ,then also doing the install ,they made it look easy .
Wrapped up the packaging ,took it away and had I had a ready to go appartment.
Highly recommend Loft .

Very poor service on this occasion. Wrong order details sent, No communication between their staff, no communication to me on what turned out to be a failed delivery, no communication from office when I chased multiple times, in the end I came to pick the goods up myself.
