Don't even bother
Don't even bother, overpriced and disguised as a special offer, even with special offer still overpriced. Then waiting times are over 10 days, they don't ship it as you order it, they ship it when minimum number of orders is reached. So that's really long. You could order from far on this planet and receive it faster than this.
Then, when finally it reached UK courier, I get notification address is incorrect and items will be sent back to sender. That's another 10 days, isn't it? and how long to process my refund? So 3 weeks later no products and no money back, why would anyone subject themselves to this proor experience.
Customer service unhelpful as well. How could address be wrong when I ordered online for years and never had an issue with wrong address to the point where Royal Mail will refuse delivery. It's not like the postman could not find the building, it's an issue with not even sending it out for delivery in the first place, so something has gone massively wrong at their end. And I'm the one being inconvenienced. Hope this helps others looking to order
Update after reply below:
I got a new email pretending it was MY fault for non-delivery, something along the lines "maybe I wasn't at home". Well Luna, you got some nerve to write this nonsense. Why send a generic email when you know very well the tracking shows it was undeliverable due to incorrect details.
"Incorrectly addressed. returned to sender, GB"
And I already emailed you several times, don't come posting here pretending you are helpful, I had no reply to my previous emails and not wasting more time, I opened a case for refund.

Lovely product but unfortunately were too big for me on arrival. I contacted them to ask about returning the unopened pack but they quickly responded to highlight their fit guarantee and will be replacing all pairs and I dont need to spend time or money returning them. On the odour side: that usually comes down to the absorbent layer holding onto residue from detergent or softener over time, which stops it working as it should. A deep clean every few months tends to sort it. Rinsing the gusset in cold water before the wash makes a difference too.

No consumer protection
On 7 September I ordered 8 items from Lunã. They all arrived together in a single sealed bag. When I asked to return two items, I was told that opening the bag had broken the "hygiene seal", so I couldn't return any of the items.
This is a packaging choice made by Lunã, not the customer. Other period underwear, swimwear and lingerie brands seal each item individually, so you can still check one item without losing the right to return the rest. With Lunã, you can't even open your order to see what's inside without being told you have no right to return it.
I wanted to return two items because of the materials used. I chose my products based on the materials, but the product pages don't say what each item is actually made from. They link to a general page that lists many materials, and none of them match the item I received. Its care label says 100% polyester, which I wouldn't have bought if the page had said so.
There is no UK address or UK contact for the company, and my concerns have not been properly dealt with.
Before you buy, know that opening your delivery will automatically cost you the right to return any item. I'd avoid this company until they seal items individually and list materials accurately for each product.

On returns: once the seal has been broken we're no longer able to accept a return. This is stated on our webshop and printed on the seal itself, so it can be checked before opening. Period underwear is a hygiene product, and that policy exists to protect every customer.
On the materials: the composition is listed on our webshop, so you can see what each item is made from before ordering.
And on where we're based: we're an international company and our return centre is located in the Netherlands.

5 ⭐️ Customer Service
I was a little apprehensive about ordering the period pants without knowing if they would be a good fit for me, so was happy to read about their fit guarantee. I went ahead and ordered 2 pairs, the lace brief and the hipsters.
The lace briefs are a great fit, and I really like how ‘secure’ I feel in these. Unfortunately, I just did not like the fit of the hipsters on me and got in contact with customer services. Hazel, Kasandra and Josephine have been amazingly helpful in making sure I got the right replacement, even going above and beyond by suggesting they send me the pictures of the 2 different styles I was thinking of replacing with, and then sending me all the various measurements for both.
Yes, it has taken longer but I can’t fault that when they have taken the time to make sure I am getting the right fit for me.
On top of this amazing service, they have said they don’t need me to return the pants, and I can pass onto someone else or donate to charity.
I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family, and will be back to buy more. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first pair I bought were too big but Luna agreed to replace them, which really is top service!

Comfortable and helpful customer service
I recently bought several pairs of Luna pants, and while one of the styles wasn’t quite the right fit for me, I’ve been really impressed with the customer service.
The team were incredibly helpful with my queries and made the replacement process really easy, helping me choose a style and fit that suited me much better.

Awful awful company
Awful awful company. The itself product is passable but there are better out there. Not worth the money.
But - The reason for the bad review is that they are just dishonest. I ordered on a buy one get one free, only one was shipped, I complained, they said I had to pay an additional £6.99 for postage. I replied saying why do I have to pay postage, it was a buy one get one free? I am now in the most infuriating email trail with either a really badly programmed chatbot or someone in customer service who hates their job and is just winding their customers up. It’s poor form and they just rip people off. An example of a company that’s all instagram ads and no respect for customers

Let us explain how the offer works. For the buy one get one free to apply, two pieces need to be added to the cart, which is also stated on the advertisement. Our warehouse then ships exactly what was in the cart, since plenty of customers do order just one item.

I'd ordered two pairs of briefs in medium for my daughter but unfortunately she felt they were too tight. I contacted customer services at Luna who were very helpful and offered to exchange for the next size up which was a relief. I'm hoping the size will be perfect fir my daughter. I'd like her to use reusable products going forward and this certainly seems like a great quality product.

£104.85 taken after pressing APPLY on a discount code – no response from customer service
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Lunã and, most of all, the complete lack of response from customer service when I have been trying urgently to resolve this.
On 26 September I was at checkout with items in my basket and was trying a discount code to see what the final price would be.
I entered the discount code and pressed APPLY. The discount was not accepted. Instead, the next screen I saw was confirmation that an order for £104.85 had been completed.
I did NOT knowingly or intentionally press Pay to complete this purchase.
I contacted Lunã within minutes of this happening, explained what had occurred and asked them to cancel the order immediately before it was dispatched.
I received no response.
The order was then dispatched anyway.
I have since emailed Lunã repeatedly and have now also submitted an urgent complaint through the contact form on their website. I still have not received a response from an actual member of customer service.
I have also raised the checkout issue directly with Shop Support, who have investigated the Shop Pay transaction. I am continuing to dispute what happened during checkout with them.
What makes this situation even worse is that the unexpected £104.85 payment has left me short for essential household expenses and bills. I acted within MINUTES to try to stop the order, yet it was dispatched while my messages went unanswered.
I have now discovered that Lunã's return centre is outside the UK and that customers are ordinarily responsible for international return postage. So despite trying to cancel immediately, I potentially face paying even more money just to return an order I did not intend to complete.
I have kept copies and timestamps of all my correspondence showing exactly when I first contacted Lunã.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I want Lunã to actually respond to me, acknowledge my cancellation/withdrawal request, arrange a prepaid return for the unopened products and refund my £104.85.
Order QAXQYZ4ER.
I would really appreciate somebody from Lunã finally contacting me and resolving this.

Our order processing system is largely automated. As soon as an order is placed, processing begins almost immediately. The order is picked and packed and then added to the shipment with other orders ready to be dispatched.
