Yeah, the best in the UK for a huge variety of skates, and anything skate related. The chaps that run the store are skaters too, invaluable for knowing how skates feel and what skaters need, friendly bunch too. We love you Loco 🥰

I came to Loco with a fairly specific request: I wanted a second pair of FR1 Deluxe Intuitions built as a dedicated 3x125 speed/distance setup, while keeping the same boot and liner fit that I already knew and loved.

Gaston was excellent throughout. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, talked through the frame options properly, and—importantly—caught a mounting compatibility issue before anything was ordered. He then found a suitable 165/195-compatible Powerslide Core X-perience frame, sourced it from Germany, and put together the complete setup with 125mm Hydrogens and ILQ9 Pro bearings.

Communication was clear, detailed and genuinely useful rather than just sales patter. He was also completely upfront about what he had and hadn’t personally tested, which I really appreciated.

Loco assembled and aligned everything for me at no extra charge, and the finished skates are fantastic. Exactly what I was after: fast, stable, beautifully put together and noticeably better suited to long straight-line skating than my shorter 3x110 setup.

This was a pretty niche custom build and Gaston absolutely nailed it. I’d happily recommend Loco to anyone who wants knowledgeable advice rather than just being pointed at whatever happens to be on the shelf.

I’m new to inline skating, so the whole experience from the online guide through to ordering, delivery, and unfortunately (not Loco’s fault - I just have a stupidly giant head. It’s always hard to find helmets to fit!) processing the return of one of the items in the order - was very smooth and efficient. And also I love my new skates 😍

Visited the store on a Saturday for my wife to get inline skates with no idea of what we needed or size required. Excellent service by the guys in the store who explained everything and helped us choose the correct Rollerblades. we walked out with everything needed. Well worth the long drive to visit. Will be back when I pluck up th courage to try it....

Ordered some air waves wheels - I’m from Germany, they arrived in less than a week , customs fees where already included-very happy with the purchase!

I had a problem, with a set of fr skates I ordered. However, Gaston Demoratti that works for loco skates went above & beyond to rectify it.

The 1st skates, with the defects, Gaston organised me to send them back.

After they received them, with plenty of communication between both of us, I ended up getting a newer set of skates, sent on next day delivery.

If you need help, or you’re sure enough of what you need, mostly wherever you’re in the world, you’ll have the most embracing experience ever. You’re not by yourself on some random website page that sell skates. The effort and quality of everything (website, price, international delivery, after sale, guidance) reflects how passionate they’re. The confidence and relief you feel when ordering from them is incredible. I really felt the shop is just next door to my location. They gave us access to the world of skating effortlessly. I had the chance to ask a friend or a family member to bring the skate along from other shops, and save some costs. But no, in my opinion I want to be their international customer. I want them to know that I’m a good customer who appreciate their incredible efforts whatever country I might be in, in the future. I received an email from Harry letting me know the black fr fr2 skates weren't available in my size in that color. They also informed me that the skate tends to run small. I decided to size up because I really wanted black skates. They fit PERFECT. Thank God the size I initially ordered wasn't available. Gaston confirmed they received my response and dispatched the skate. I kid you not everything arrived within a day (or so it felt). The package was shipped on the 25th and it arrived the 26th. From Crawley GB to NJ USA. Again 1 day. Phenomenal. I will certainly be ordering from here again!

Don't mistake shoe size for skate size, put a piece of paper square against skirting board, place your heel against skirtimg board keeping paper square, mark length of foot and widest point that is perpendicular to it. Measure it, find if your foot is considered wide/normal/narrow, find your skate size. Order skates, take out liner, put foot in with toes barely touching inner toes of shell. Keep foot there, whack a finger between achilles heel and shell. One finger gap is good, anything less will probably hurt your feet and anything more than 1.5 fingers will probably be a bit sloppy. If they don't fit return and adjust size accordingly. If they are super comfy when you first try them on they will probably become sloppy as the liner wears in. This is just my opinion, your mileage may vary, but each skate shell is different and there's nothing like trying them on in person with experts on hand. Happy skating!

I saw the new PDS closure system on the Powerslide website..I tried to order them directly but could not. So I phoned Loco and asked if they could get them on special order. 2 weeks later the package arrived and I couldn't be happier. My Iqons are unique and more comfortable. I wish I knew that you could get special orders in the past. My skates are even better now. Cheers, thanks Loco!
