Made a minor error with my contact details at the point of order, one quick email explaining the issue and a reply was sent pretty soon after and i had all the details i needed.
Skates turned up super quick too!!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a pr of hi end skates ( this time wizard gp skates) from Loco and I have to say outstanding service. I am from Australia and they had my skates to me from the uk with in 5 business days. If their site says in stock it’s actually in stock as well as pricing in AUD real time with no hidden costs or duties. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I contacted Loco Skates with a query about my skates and buying wheels to fit them. They were great in responding and guided me through via WhatsApp chat and even went and tested some options before getting back to me. I eventually was able to order the right wheels with them and their sales service was excellent.

My favourite inline skate shop. Really helpful staff, great selection of skates, protection gear etc, speedy delivery.
Also you can tell they care about a customer a lot - the product description also gives some useful hints, e.g. on sizing that are not obvious given the size chart. After I had ordered my skates I got precise instructions on how to check they fit.

Ordered here for years. Delivery and products always on point if any issues have occurred the guys are quick on the fix.

Delivery was quick and reliable, and the wrist guards are a perfect fit. Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my wheels, the exchange process was super easy and hassle-free. A special shout-out to Gaston Demoratti, who was extremely helpful and responsive when I reached out. Highly recommend Locoskates!

Placed an order at 2.30pm for next day delivery (cutoff was 3pm). Paid additional charge to have next day delivery but order was only shipped the following day despite order being placed prior to the 3pm cutoff. Order arrived 48hrs after order being placed. No communication from company. Not DPD'S fault as they shipped within 24hrs of them receiving the package.

UPDATE: Just heard from LocoSkates who have very kindly refunded the entire delivery charge and explained they take full responsibility. This is very warmly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Locoskates for owning the error. I would be happy to shop with you again.

After a brief chat on insta I made my mind up and went with the mesmer billy o Neil's. Over the moon with them! Very fast delivery and great skates.

I wanted skates but was a little unsure what to do next. Loco sent great guides to buying the right blades and helped me understand what to do next. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Pre-sales advice and info is up there with the best in class, it is clear to see/hear that the staff are passionate about the industry sector as a whole.

Technical jargon is translated into lay-terms on the fly and the entire purchasing experience is pleasant.

The good points don’t end there, post sales support (arguable the most important) is reassuring with timed follow-ups via email, this small touch helped the experience not feel purely transactional, extending on the care exhibited throughout the other stages of the funnel.

Criticisms (why it’s 4* instead of 5)

1. More product review videos on the site - this point seems harsh as there are loads of videos on the site, however it appears they are only for a certain grade of product, lower the product price, lower the chance of a product review video - if I’m stuck for what to buy a good idea of the range (high - low) helps to make the decision, it will likely have a customer buy a higher priced item.

2. As a customer CHECK YOUR NUTS BOLTS and SKREWS! - I didn’t do this on a pair of RollerBlade Twisters and suffered ‘frame sway’ on the right boot whilst carving down a moderately steep hill. I fell as a result of instability caused by the loose nut, luckily without injury, but a less experienced skater may have come off worst.

3. Recommendations for accessories - this incudes safety/styles accessories | weird one I guess as upselling is annoying, however padded shorts/trouser recommendations would have been much appreciated.

LocoSkates are great! No doubt about it.

Hice una compra para que llegue a Ecuador. Desde el inicio me sentí muy insegura de hacer este pedido porque traer cosas del exterior a este país, en mi experiencia, es difícil y ni se diga caro. Les escribí para comentarles mi inquietud y me respondieron muy rápido y me aseguraron que todo llegaría bien y que no tendría que pagar nada adicional a lo que pagué directamente en la tienda en línea. En efecto, mis patines llegaron muy rápido (considerando desde dónde venían y toda la burocracia de aduana) y en perfectas condiciones, no tuve que pagar nada adicional. Estoy muy feliz y satisfecha con mi compra, la recomiendo al 100%.
