Very good service, friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Honestly looked after me the best! I was on my own scared at nearly 10pm with two babies. He turned up calmed me down and reassured me that he would get me in safely. He made sure my babies and myself were all okay and safe before he continued with the door.

Always a swift response and great service! Would recommend.

Excellent. Swift and friendly and very reasonable call out fees

Excellent response time. Saxon was very polite and professional.

Arrived on time, the engineer was helpful and soon found out the cause of the problem . Fortunately the problem was quite easy to fix so all I was charged was the callout/ first hour charge and the parts supplied at a reasonable price.
Very happy with the service I received.

Responded immediately and carried stock so able to fix problem immediately. Excellent.

Promo service, sorted problem straight away. No mess excellent.

Responsive flexible service

I called the company and explained the issue I had. A man arrived a few hours later, and the repair took just over an hour. He guy was very polite and told me what the issue was and what he was going to do to put it right.

What was good for us was the speedy response to our problem & fixed in no time by Saxon, who by the way cleaned up any mess that was made
