James was brilliant
James was really helpful. He assured me he could sort out my locked door over the phone and came straightaway. He appeared knowledgeable and experienced. He solved the problem - a broken mortice lock- and fitted a new one within half an hour.
He was friendly and I was impressed. Well done and thank you James. Happy to recommend.

We had an urgent need for a locksmith and Locksmiths Gloucester Limited were extremely helpful. Bearing in mind this was about 6pm that we became locked out, someone was with us less than an hour later and for a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to ring them again but hope we don’t need to anytime soon!
