I bought two pairs of print dungarees through LLL, and I absolutely love them!
I'm shocked to see the negative reviews below, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
The dungarees have the cutest patterns. They are extremely comfortable and are a lovely fit! My boyfriend is sick to death of hearing about how much I love them (but they just make me feel SO cute).
The straps are adjustable so you can fit the way you like, which is great for adjusting to your height. The fabric feels a good quality.
I will be living in these dungarees from now on! Nobody can stop me!

Please ignore bad reviews and don't let them put you off from ordering. I have ordered from Lucy locket loves a few times now and have aways received exceptional service. Items are of great quality especially the running leggings. I love love love!!! So many jazzy unique designs I'm just addicted to ordering now. The order I received today had 2 free gifts in, one of which was a happiness diary which is very appropriate for me at the moment as I am quite a negative thinker. I can't wait to start filling that out with positives. Thanks so much Lucy locket loves. Awesome service!!

I've just received my first order, and I'm really loving the leggings. They have a lot of great looking patterns.

I went for solid colours on the active leggings, because I wanted to see how squat proof they were, and they seem to be pretty decent. Maybe a slight shadow through the pale blue ones, but barely noticeable. Black ones were fine.

I ordered a pair of patterned casual leggings too. I'm a size 18, so ordered the ones that cover size 14-20, and I found they were a little tight and a little see through. I think you could get away with them around the house, but not so much for going out. I don't know if this would be less of a problem if you ordered a size up, or if you were at the lower end of the size spectrum.

Update 1: I've been wearing these leggings for a couple of weeks now, I wanted to update to say I think the leggings aren't best suited to running/HIIT workouts for me. They needed a lot of pulling up at points.

Update 2: Customer service helped quite a bit, but I suspect my body shape makes these more prone to slipping down. I can't fault their customer services, and ultimately ordered more because their colours are great!

Lost for words!

The quality is terrible, I've had various pairs of leggings all with the same issue and yet they clearly don't understand what the issue is or they are selling them hoping people don't notice! The elastic inside the waitband is not stitched therfore when u pop them on they look normal but the elastic inside gaps where the seem should be stitched..... Ridiculous!!!

Active Leggings
I have a number of leggings. Love them. I buy the capri ones, lots of lovely designs, which helped me get out and about jogging in lock down. They've helped me stay active. I like the new longer length capris. They are squat proof, they are white underneath and no one can see ya pants! I brought my first pair prior to lockdown for spin class and thought they were really comfy. They do wear and rub though if you wear a running belt.

casual leggings
I have a few of these - one of the old material and a couple in the new. Much prefer the fit of the new casuals. Comfy to wear fun for walking and for working from home.

Lounge Pants
Love em! Great for sleeping in, wearing over the top of leggings and jeans in the house when working from home. Great for camping! :) V comfy.

Running tops/t-shirts
I have a couple of the technical tops. They are okay for the price. A few threads loose, but like them and they are longer length. Good for jogging and walking.

I have a couple of normal tshirts. The sizes are not accurate and a lot larger than i expected, one of the items - the acid washed tshirt (indigo) - was purchased in october last year, it has been washed normally, but has literally fallen apart and their are holes in it.

I also have a sage fringe t-shirt, this is also on the large side and looks a bit faded.

Running jacket/Accessories
Have a lovely grey running jacket - great for jogging in when the weather is a bit wetter, good for walking in. Sweatshirt (bottle green tripster)- lovely colour and v comfy.

Crop tops - have various colours, i've worn to the beach and i wear as a sports bra. V Comfy. Their shorts are great for the beach too.

The only issue i have is their discounts. You save to find the week after its in the sale, but the sale is not a one off, its every weekend, which has put me off buying, as I think I'll just wait and not buy full price.

I like their gym items, but I'll not purchase any more casual t-shirts as the quality isn't great for the amount you pay.

The casual wear leggings used to be fantastic - comfortable, stretchy, soft, stayed up, wore well, consistent and lovely designs. Since last summer, the quality has taken a nose dive and they’re extremely inconsistently sized, and obviously totally different when put against ones from Spring 2020. Also, they now have in-house designed patterns rather than external, and they’re just not to my taste anymore.

I had a Christmas voucher which I’m struggling to spend. I used some on buying the long awaited plain black casuals this week, but sadly they’re too long with lots of wrinkles (I’m 5’10 so this is new territory for me), a funny sort of vaguely shiny sheen to them rather than flat black, baggy on the ankle and each leg is actually a different length, although they have finally sorted out the scratchy waistband which is at least something - needless to say I’ll be returning them, but I have absolutely no idea how on earth I’m going to get rid of the rest of the voucher. I’ve bought and returned several items attempting to do so, but nothing has looked as nice or good quality in real life vs. the website which is a shame. Once I’ve got rid of the voucher I certainly won’t be buying anything else and unsubscribing from the ridiculous marketing e-mails (like we’re all mates or something).

I really like the fundamental ethos of LLL which grew quickly with good reason, but as so many companies do I suspect they got a bit complacent about their offering. Recently prices have gone up a bit but there’s now frequent promotions, which isn’t an ethos I like personally - I don’t want to pay more to keep funding promotions but do understand why companies do it. Customer service are responsive though and do sort returns (already contacted/resolved re. above issues).

Have many many pairs that I love but been put off by the change in sizing. I used to find it one of the most consistent companies for sizing and now one of the least. Will continue to wear and love my older pairs but really sad that the fabulously high waists that I loved are a thing of the past without this change in design at least being explained. May buy the odd pair from time to time in the future if a design really catches my fancy but would not in good conscience recommend to others in the way I would have done a couple of years ago. I don't find them dreadful but very reluctant to pay full price now.

I’ve placed a couple of orders now with LLL, and I’d like to say their kids leggings are fine - no issues there.

However, the adult active leggings are awful - quality is poor, fabric is cheap and nasty, they are uncomfortable as too low cut and they are absolutely not squat proof (in fact they’re rather see through, despite me wearing the right size). I genuinely felt awful about myself when I tried these on, and it put me off actually leaving the house in them to go for a run. I have quite a few pairs of running leggings from competitors, with the same sort of price point, and the LLL are nowhere near comparable. The price is extortionate for the quality.

I shall be repurposing my actives when making fancy dress costumes for the kids, they’re not fit for purpose otherwise and I’d rather maintain my body confidence by wearing other brands!

Casualwear leggings are fine, not the best quality but ok if you pick them up on sale.

Activewear is poor. Not squat proof so not really fit for purpose. Much better quality leggings out there for the same price point.

Company deletes genuine and honest reviews on trustpilot and flood with positive reviews written by family and friends. Quality is poor and has deteriorated. No one can sell their LLL anymore because the truth is finally coming to light - save your money and spend it on legit leggings brands that won't censor their customers and continue telling lies rather than the truth.

Love LLL leggings! I have purchased many pairs of active leggings, shorts and crop tops over the last few years and they are fab! Wear them running, to cycle and to the gym and they are great, don't rub and don't fall down (even on very long runs). I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews as I've never had an issue. I've also purchased casual leggings and loungewear which are fine but not really my style, but cannot fault the activewear range at all.

As someone who's been buying leggings (& other clothing) from this company for 2+ years, I can categorically state that the material & fit of the leggings has definitely changed. I bought some leggings recently (which will definitely be my last purchase as I can get better leggings cheaper elsewhere) & they're baggy round the ankles & I'm forever having to pull them up.
I actually feel a bit disloyal writing this, however I should be able to spend my hard-earned money as I wish, on better quality clothing.

Just received a lovely parcel of leggings. One pair although the same size as the other three pairs seemed smaller for whatever reason so I need to return. No trouble with that whatsoever as the customer service is always great. The other three pairs of leggings are really lovely. There are a lot of companies trying to jump on the funky pattern bandwagon and I have tried many of them - but none of the casual ones are anywhere near as good as these.

I finally took the plunge and ordered some lockets. Wish I checked here first.
My partner originally ordered some little lockets for my daughter. We got the dispatch email really quickly. A week later and they still hadn't arrived, the tracking info said that royal mail were waiting for lockets to send the item to them. We emailed them and they tried to say royal mail were inundated and the tracking info wasn't working. We had received other items fine and tracked perfectly. They then tried to tell us it must be lost in transit. If it was lost in transit it was from lockets to royal mail so I'm guessing the item was never sent. We got a full refund anyway as I had lost trust in them trying to blame royal mail for an issue that wasn't there.

Meanwhile whilst waiting for the little lockets to arrive I decided to place an order for myself as there was a sale and extra 15% off - (far too expensive otherwise) mine arrived fine fully trackable etc however the quality is shocking. Definitely not squatproof. The pattern is distorted in random places and is worse when bending and squatting. I wouldn't dare go out in a run in them. I thought id keep them as they would be ok for my home workouts - they're not OK at all, they fall down and are really uncomfortable. Theyre not long enough to cover the rear area. As I've worn them I can't return. Lesson learnt and thankfully I didn't waste too much money.

I appreciate that this review won't count towards ratings but it has to be said that LLL are flagging reviews which are subsequently being removed despite their being legitimate reviews. People have provided order numbers and so on but are now being vilified for telling the truth. Many of us were asked for further info under the guise of reaching out to us to see what could be done but no, I suspect it was simply to flag us on their systems as naughty people!

Man up LA, accept what is being said, take it on the chin and do something about it instead of copying and pasting 'contact customer services' on every bad review and admit that you did actually ask for reviews on Facebook (despite the dirty delete) and that's how this whole sorry poo show started

Maybe LLL should take bit less time flagging people's reviews (and releasing new products) and instead try to sort out sizing and quality issues? Take care of your CORE CUSTOMERS...
It could have been beautiful...
... But someone got greedy.
Such a shame as this company really had potential to be something great.
I absolutely fell in love with my first pair... But after that everything started going down hill.
After gaining loads of new customers and huge following on social media at start of first lockdown they clearly tried to monetize on it fast, unfortunately they've lost sight of what should be most important for "small business" (btw not so small anymore. Turning over millions of £ is not "small, family business") - customer care.

They changed manufacturers and issues started. Issues with sizing (can be extremely damaging for vulnerable people when they were fitting in size 12 and suddenly they don't fit anymore), issues with fabric (much thinner, lower quality fabrics - people having sensory issues due to that change)- both denied by the company - so we, the customers were essentially called liars. Sure, when emailed, customer services were more than happy to issue partial or full refunds, no doubt knowing full stop there's an issue and assuming people will think it's "one off" and still buy from LLL.

Constant freebies, limited stock (that was NOT so limited as it turned out) - just general FOMO marketing practices to get vulnerable people buy more and more.
Owner crying in community group (now closed due to "negativity" aka people asking questions about quality issues that company keep refusing to address) that "she can't go to Florida to celebrate her birthday" because of covid - absolutely out of order! No respect to people who lost their loverd ones to this horrible virus.

And then the latest "celebrity collaboration"? First of all, many people haven't had a clue who Dianne Buswell was - but hey, not all of us watch strictly come dancing, so that's a detail. Both parties keep saying they "designed" her collection together, yet Dianne said on her Instagram stories she have been given bunch of designs to pick her favourites from - so clear case of mislearning customers and her fans. Not a single designe was related to her. There was so many possibilities it actually hurt they failed to make anything connected to her. Anything related to dancing, D being Australian or her iconic, red hair. On top of that the leggings didn't fit her properly as they basically don't do her size!
I could be going on and on why you should take your money elsewhere, but this review most likely will be flagged by LLL as many others.

I really use to love my original lockets then something changed and the quality and sizing is not as good . I still wear my old pairs. They use to have a fab Facebook group but sadly that has now disappeared , it’s lost its personal touch . Would love to see quality back it once had

The company removed my 2* review, so here's a 1*. The company, asked for honest reviews, so they should be taking it on the chin and actually doing something about the quality of their products. No explanation as to why my review didn't meet Trustpilots terms, so here's another one.

I have both actives and casuals. Actives are okay, but defo not squat proof and have started to sag and fade. Shame because the designs are nice. Casuals are size 14-20, I'm a 16, yet the stitching has come apart on nearly all of them. Poor quality products.

The FB group was good and then became a joke. Company consistently moaning about how much time they spent monitoring it. They refused to allow valid quality questions about their own stock, whilst using the platform for marketing. The Facebook group became a marketing tool for the company and they refused to treat it as such. Sad to hear that requested reviews are being flagged on trust pilot, not shocked mine was, just disappointed.

Truth is the company was doing well then tried to run before she could walk and that's where the issues have arisen.

Shock, Lucy flagged my review as she didn't believe my experience was genuine. Evidence sent to Trust pilot. Lucy needs to get her head out the sand and take these reviews on the chin. A good business woman can listen to the bad reviews. No one is making up reviews, listen to the feedback, be smart enough to grow from it and build the brand back up to what it used to be.

*edit: Interesting to see some of the new 5*reviews mentioning sizing and quality issues... Bet LLL aren't questioning the validity of those bogus reviews

She is now selling leggings too expensive, poor quality, faulty products, poor customer service, dubious marketing techniques. What was once something you aspired to be part of, is now something no one wants.

Sadly this family owned business has gone to the dogs!
