I am hooked!! I heard about this company in Oct 22 and since then have pretty much remodeled my wardrobe!! Really comfortable and high quality fabric, awesome designs, amazing value for money and fast and reliable delivery. I also love the lucky dip... such a fun little treat!! And the locket points to get a saving!

First pair and was really disappointed as expected good things giving the hype around them . Poor quality , as soon you stretch or bend the pattern disappears and definitely not squat proof ! Didn’t return as ran out of time due to having covid and not wanting to leave the house .

Terrible customer service - still waiting on my delivery 2 weeks after purchasing - asked for a refund but telling me to wait another week so likely to just have to do a charge back.

They will probably reply blaming royal mail, but if you choose to use them when you know strikes are happening then you need to actually put some effort in to solving issues when things go wrong - or use a more reliable delivery service for this period. Will not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve followed the LLL socials since before lockdown; I always really enjoyed the body-positive vibe of the company, and the variety of prints. I was never able to justify the cost of a pair, though. After years, I finally bit the bullet and purchased two pairs of leggings. I was so excited for the side-pocket pair in particular because I loved the space-rose print (I’m a sucker for all galaxy/space themed stuff).

To the company’s credit dispatch was very quick considering my order coincided with RM strikes, and the order came very well packaged. The leggings generally fit well and feel supportive, the material is nice to the touch and the prints look fantastic. Hence three stars.

Everything else? A massive let-down. The moment there’s any stretch applied to the leggings, the print vanishes and you’re left with a washed out print at best, complete white at worst. (This is visible in some pictures of leggings/shorts being worn on the FB page, and I can see others have mentioned it in their reviews here too). This is extra obvious with the pairs I ordered because the prints are so dark, which makes me kinda self-conscious. The waistband on both pairs is also pretty stiff which on one hand means they don’t fall down, but on the other means they can be difficult to get on - I’m a petite 6! I shouldn’t have to size up to an 8 to get leggings I don’t have to wrestle myself into. (Also, especially given that the site says to size down if you’re between sizing, it’s not great for personal body image). An exchange for a larger size wasn’t an option given them being sale leggings with already limited sizing available. However, seeing others mention inconsistency in sizing and leg lengths, perhaps that’s for the best.

I’m a competitive figure skater so I basically live in leggings or joggers, and was looking forward to wearing something that wasn’t plain black, plus repping a different brand at the rink. I haven’t actually worn them beyond the first try-on when they arrived. It’s a shame to see a small business apparently succumb to its success and go the way of larger brands; lower quality/priced stock, increase profit margin when sold. I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price.

High quality items, well packaged and received quickly.

After many recommendations, I bit the bullet and bought some active leggings. I was told they were squat proof and I guess that they are because they don’t show your underwear. They do, however, whiten/turn white at any signs of stretch. Not a fan of this because the of the range of sizes covered by a single pair of leggings so if you’re the top end of the size, there’s gonna be lots of white when you move. I have worn the initial leggings 3 times and the material is already looking a bit clicky, bobbly and pulled in places (side of leg, side of bum). You also find that the colour/pattern becomes easily damaged for example if you scratch them, even lightly the mark is obvious. They are a bit loose and saggy behind the knee and around the ankles. All that being said, I’ve since ordered a pair of casual leggings and some loungewear pants but they were significantly reduced. I love the range of designs available and they are genuinely comfortable for me to wear but I would be very reluctant to pay full price for any in the future given that stated above as now I know what to expect.

Absolutely love all the hoodies and leggings I have tried. I actually started with a pair of leggings from eBay and quickly was on your website ordering more. Such amazing designs and amazing fit. The 3 pockets in the active leggings are a real game changer. I’m curious to try the casual leggings and think I will be keeping eye on the next deals! Return item experience. I unwittingly ordered the wrong sized item. I immediately sent an email to the support email at 08.51. I received a reply at 08.54 with clear return instructions. If I had read the sales receipt it was also very clearly written on there! I returned the item on Tuesday and correct size received Saturday morning.They even honoured the discount price. Can’t fault the service.

In the past week ive bought 3 pairs of active leggings and a hoodie. All in the sale. Leggings and hoodie were £10 each. The second order even came with free delivery.
I live in my leggings as I'm really active walking the dog and going to the gym.
I have bought all kinds of leggings in the past, from sports brands to next and supermarket sports wear.
I am so chuft with the quality and comfort of Lucy Locket Loves active leggings. The little zipped pocket above the bum is handy for my car key when out and about. I know that the new active leggings will come with a side leg hidden slip pocket which will be great for holding a mobile.
There is nothing worse when at the gym and doing squats when the fabric quality is poor but there is not this problem with these leggings.
I'm giving it 5 stars for the price (sale) and quality of fabrics. The leggings are mental in design and I love that. 3 random people commented on my leggings today. I bought the wildest pairs. If I was to pay the full price then I would think it was pricey but the site always has offers on e.g tenner Tuesday, buy 1 get 1 half price or 20% off so there is always an offer to be had.
I will not be buying any big sport brand leggings anymore. Totally converted to LLL.

Such a shame as the service and leggings are fantastic quality.
The sizing (8-14) I ordered, seems lazy I am a 10-12 usually and the legging were far too big.
Was about to have a rant about changing the sizing but have just seen there are leggings now with the choice of sizing 6 right up to 26. Would be an advantage if had tall and petite range too.
Also the pricing is extortionate unless in the sale and then could be affordable.
May consider using in the future if size and price is right.

Really love the capri-length leggings! Loads of different colours and designs, and they fit and wash so well. They're more expensive than the supermarket gymwear, but about half the price (I think) of Sweaty Betty. Can't comment on customer services as I've never had cause to speak to them, but I'd highly recommend the gymwear!

I am a local lollypop lady and wear a different pair of bright leggings everyday I'm always on the lookout for more designs and I've definitely found some great ones in the company. I don't even know how I found it tho I think maybe it popped up on Facebook maybe but I'm glad it did.
I'm a large lady so need a good quality legging, stretchy, long legs, not see through and high waisted and well as super comfy that don't fall down. All that alone is usually very hard to find and I have to say Lucy Locket Loves ticked every box! Firstly they sell a massive range of different items from knickers to dungarees to tops to leggings and many other items in between. Not all items go up to fat sizes tho which was a little dissapointing as I wanted the dungarees as soon as I saw them 😔however I got to the leggings and was super impressed. I've bought a pair out of the sale basket for just £10 to start with just to try them and make sure they fit and ticked the boxes and I wasn't dissapointed.
The site is super easy to navigate through and either just refine to what you want or spend ages and lots of money looking through what they sell, I'm dying to try the knickers they have just started selling cause they look amazing too. Picking your items is super simple and easy and very straight forward and again you can refine to just your size even which is great and time saving, going through to the payment section again it was super simple and this is where the magic happens, when you order you become part of a Lucy Locket Loves family, they ask you to write a little about yourself to say hello, I thought this was a lovely touch but didn't expect anyone to read it but they not only read it but replied with a hand written reply to what I had wrote which was just lovely. Customer service is a real bug bear of mine as I've been in it for a huge number of years and there's is just perfect. When my order came it was wrapped with love and the environment in mind, the outer packaging was bright with flowers on so I instantly fell in love with it and hadn't even opened anything!
The leggings themselves came in an recycled zip tie bag that I've kept to reuse and a little free gift, my free gift was some tiny lollypop made out of colourful clay and they look amazing on my lollypop coat and the children loved them. The leggings were a hit as soon as I felt them, there so thick and felt so soft to touch and I couldn't wait to try them on, they go on so easily as I think I got a size to big but there soooooo comfy, the come right up around your belly and the huge comfy waist band holds them in place perfectly, I'm 5 foot 7 and the leg length was perfect for me one really good point in the leggings is the ankle isn't tiny and tight, I own 34 pairs of funky leggings and these are the first with a wider ankle and again sooo comfy.
They come with a pocket across the back big enough for big phone or keys or dog treats, I usually wear my funky leggings for work then get changed when I get home for comfort but I didn't even think of taking these off I stayed in them right from 5am till bedtime, there so warm and just so comfy and practical and best of all loud!
I've washed them with my normal wash load and dried them on an airer and they look and feel exactly the same as they did new.
They genuinely have leggings for everyone too if you don't want super Loud they have normal ones too but for me I'm in legging heaven and cannot wait for pay day to treat myself to another pair of luxury. I didn't need to return anything so can't comment on that side but the invoice tells you exactly what to do in very simple terms with 3 options of refunds too.
All in all its a very different company that really cares for its customers more than just selling you stuff and in this day and age that's wonderful and I'm proud to say I'm part of the Lucy Locket Loves family.

I've just got my first pair of dunagree's,people DON'T size up,they are true to size,i'm an 18(uk) and thought i'd need to go bigger. (typical fashion) but NOPE,they fit somebody of a size 26 nicely. (thats the 3-4x)
(i'm 5'2,size 18 and about 80kg)

This was my own fault so i'm buying a second pair (gave them away) but honestly the quality is just FAB so far,finally a place that does proper "plus size"!

Edit 1: okay this is a little silly now,I've gone a size down and it's still massive/too saggy. It's costing a lot of money and with it not being a free return.
Nor can I get the pattern now in medium-large,I have to change it!

Edit 2: I brought a third attempt in a different pattern,they fit lovely this time and held up all day,no colour bleeding! (Takes forever to dry though,a whole day)
But Jesus Christ how big are your size 18-20 customers,that can't be right?!

Ordered a pair of dungarees for my birthday, they arrived used, smelly and had to buttons or closing on the straps. They were also covered completely in pet hair. I was gutted, it was the first and last time I'll order from LLL. I contacted customer service and said I'd return them, Rachel asked me to pick another pair, I did and she took 5 days to reply, when she did, the dungarees I picked were out of stock. Eventually said I should keep them and she would refund me. I usually shop run & fly or lucy and yak. I will never use lucy locket loves. The customer service is extremely poor and offered me nothing in the way of a discount on another pair. Shop here if you want to be disappointed..

I have two pairs of the active leggings which I must say fit well and seem well made (after using them once). However a company is more than it's products, it is also it's customer service. I'm sorry to say that I found this to be very poor. The standard impersonal email response I received did not even address what I had asked. When I replied and pointed this out, I was sent some information addressing my query but it was done in such a way that I was left feeling even more disappointed and annoyed. I had already admitted that I had made an error, I did not need it pointing out to me heavy handedly in such a manner - I was not blaming the company so such a defensive response is baffling. I also took time and effort to provide feedback on improving their website (and therefore their service), only to be told that it was how their software worked. I know that - the feedback was how you could improve it. I'm very uncertain right now, whether I will shop with them again as it matters to me how I am treated as a customer and where I spend my hard earned money. Sending me automated emails about how pleased you are I ordered does not impress me - valuing customers and treating them with respect does.

UPDATE: The company has replied to my review but it is a lie. I never requested information on how to return an item, but that is the information they sent me. If they actually READ my initial email to them, I simply stated I needed to return an item (I had incorrectly ordered capri length as their website defaults to that despite searching for full length leggings), but asked if they were able to put the correct item aside as it was a sale item. They simply sent me a stock email telling me I could return an item and how to do this - neither of which I had asked. Looking at other reviews on here, I am not surprised by this response and am more comfortable with my decision not to buy from them again. If a company is more concerned with "winning" when dealing with a customer than putting things right then it is a bad company. Everything is tickety-boo while you're handing over money until there's a problem.

The dungarees feel a bit cheap and the sewing in the inside seams really isn't the best. They look nice enough but I wouldn't buy again.

I note that they are made in China which concerns me so I've no idea how ethical this brand are. Would like to know who the manufacturer ls in China are and how well they pay their workers.

Also received a free gift with my purchase but it was such a cheap and pointless gift that I doubt I will ever use it. Cheap stretchy hairband thing which can't be worth much.

Over a year ago I received a freebie of a necklace. It was a cat paw print which meant so much to me at the time as my cat had just passed away.

I emailed asking if they had any spare as mine broke a year later on his anniversary and they replied they didn't. I accepted this but was rather gutted.

A week later I received a email saying they had received some and they would get one sent to me. I am so happy to wear the necklace again it really means so much to me.

I am in my 50s and have been wearing leggings most of my adult life. They are the most comfortable soft feel leggings I have ever worn.
Would have been 5 stars but for their silly garish designs and the price isn't cheap.

I started buying Lucy Lockets a few years ago and I immediately fell in love with them the quality was fabulous and the service top star. I cannot fault pre 2021 items.
Then they changed suppliers and the quality nose dived. Sizing was off, items lost their softness and the company pumped out loads of new items and plugged a ton of "deals" to get people to buy. The fear of missing out was fuelled by the team to boost sales. Issues were brushed under the carpet and many loyal customers decided to take their custom elsewhere.
The last items I brought were new longewear and I was that disappointed in them I gave them away. The material was shiny and the stitching was itchy and inferior. They were awful compared to my older pairs!! If you're looking to buy lockets, check ebay out for older items. They're worth your money more than anything they sell now. Reviews that don't make them shine are flagged and deleted, which is a shame as a good company will always try their best to fix issues. There are many many other legging companies out there that have better, more affordable products who care for their customers.
I'm guessing this will get flagged at some point. Shame on LLL!
