Misleading
They offer a special discounted price . Once you commit and have the telephone apt it is
Hard sell , almost trying to scare you into signing up for add Ona which are hundreds of pounds . Beware the special offer is for the most basic will possible . They try and push you to buy POE too an. A vulnerable person could easily be taken advantage of by them . Do not recommend.

All of our will writers have a legal and ethical duty of care to highlight any potential vulnerabilities or risks in a client’s estate planning. That means we are required to explain additional protections, even if a client has come in only wanting the basics.
The intention is never to pressure, but to ensure that clients are making fully informed decisions, rather than discovering later that something important was never mentioned.
Ultimately, all decisions always remain with you — (and you were absolutely within your rights to stick to the basics you wanted.)

Although a good experience
Although a good experience, I felt a bit annoyed at the up selling . I.e. the scare mongering . My children will not get any inheritance if a have to go in a home, the government will get it all . For an extra £145 each we will look after the will . I understand your a business and have to make money , but, the way it came across was awful.

Great service
Very thorough , friendly and helpful service. Recommended a couple of extra things, such as Power Of Attorney and Property Protection Trust but no pressure. I wanted to make a couple of small amendments from their proof of the Will and they were done same day.
