Pleasant and helpful staff

James, who I was speaking to was extremely polite and helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I have always been impressed with Lloyds regarding deliveries etc. and am happy with their service.

The whole experience from organising…

The whole experience from organising delivery to training and administering was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. Special shout out to Coral who provided training so I can administer my own meds. She was lovely and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease.

Excellent Service from Joe

I had a great experience with the service, and Joe in particular was excellent. He was very helpful, professional, and clearly knew exactly what I had called about straight away. He listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, and dealt with it efficiently. It's always reassuring to speak with someone who knows what they're doing and can resolve things without any confusion. I'm very happy with the service I received and really appreciate Joe's help.

I spoke to Joe today to arrange a delivery of my medication and he couldn’t be more helpful. He squeezed me in for a Friday delivery because I was very low on my medication. What I had left he was polite. I’ve never had a problem with Loyds MEDS, I’d recommend them to anyone. They’re marvellous.

Used them before my meds changed

Used them before my meds changed. Always on time with my meds so I never ran out. Just had a call and gone through the process again and it was quick and simple. Have to verify a couple of things and away I go. I’m now back to using home delivery. Definitely a 5* service

Phone call to book delivery…

The chap who rang me (sorry I didn't get his name) was very polite & helpful & rang me back a bit later as it wasn't convenient when he rang 1st time. He sorted a date for delivery to suit me which was great. My only criticism is you cant give a delivery time estimate:-8am -6pm is a long time to keep clear & I prefer afternoons as I don't sleep well & tend to sleep in later. I dont hear my front door from upstairs so might miss my delivery!? If you could specify afternoons or after 10am it would suit much better.
