We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

Time slot incorrect
All the time I have health net deliveries there were no issues 10/10
However after requesting an after noon deliver and receiving 2 confirmation texts it turned up am
I reordered pm and once again received text for am so had to cancel and change address to ensure deliver.
Why ask the customer for delivery time if you ignore the answer?

My meds arrived which were not very…
My meds arrived which were not very cold. I also didn't receive a time slot message. I feel the service isn't as good as it has been before.
Also they expect you to confirm your details over the phone when it could be anyone calling. I said I won't provide my details and felt the lady was a bit pushy.
