My original delivery was 27th I had no message the night before. I waited in and no delivery still no message. Then I rang Healthnet to see what the problem was. It turned out that the hadn’t received the medication from the manufacturer. I wasn’t informed until after I rang then I received messages to say it is now on the 27th. I asked could it be pm and they said I was booked in now and would have to ring up to change it even though I was already on the phone to them. Therefore I had to rearrange all my appointments for the 27th to another time to accommodate my delivery

Excellent order and delivery service

Only thing wrong was I didn't receive a text message with my delivery slot so had to wait in all afternoon.

Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.

The nurse put me at my ease, explained everything well and ensured I was taking the right thing. I was very nervous but it was a very good experience.

The whole team are super! I accidentally missed a delivery and HealthNet arranged to deliver the next day again with no fuss. Many thanks for all the years of efficient and reliable delivery of my medication.

I received a message telling me exactly when to expect my medication and when it came the delivery driver was polite and courteous.

My order was confirmed by email and a text message, to be delivered on Wednesday 26th August. There was no confirmation message on Tuesday evening. I waited at home until 1300, with no sign of my order. After enquiry on the portal, I could see my order had been changed to AM on Thursday 27th, without any reason. Delivery was completed on Thursday.

Necessary information regarding delivery times, dates and relevant contents all exact. Final delivery times spot on as usual and all very professional.

I had to phone (45 minutes to get through) and book the nurse appointment as I had my medication for days and was told I couldn't take it until I spoke to a nurse. I was quite surprised to find out that this appointment was a patient choice and I didn't have to have one after receiving text messages saying in capital letters do not inject this medication without a nurse appointment first. The nurse was friendly and on time to the video call. However the information she provided was the information from all of the leaflets I had read,all of the emails and also all of the text messages. I didn't learn anything new from this appointment. She also wanted to teach me how to inject but having injected previously I didn't feel I needed this. Still she did show me how and what baffled me is that is was less informative sadly than the QR code video provided with my medication, if I hadn't of injected before, I feel like the QR code video would be far more informative and helpful. I think that this nurse appointment would only be helpful to people who couldn't be bothered to read all of the information in the pack. The nurse being friendly is the reason I'm giving this any stars at all. It was extremely annoying and frustrating to be told you don't even have to have this appointment. My medication was sitting there waiting to be used and I could have just used it.

Drivers are always polite and flexible if nobody is available at my address to receive a delivery. It is never a problem to go to my nominated neighbour nearby. The only improvement I’d like to see is for expected delivery time slots to be shared in advance, which has not happened for my last few regular deliveries
