Spoke to someone today to start my new medication. I had great customer service. The lady first called me at a time I couldnt talk but was happy to give me a callback at a more convenient time. She was lovely and went through everything with me and ensured any questions were answered. Would recommend

Waited in for three hours for my medication delivery but nothing arrived. When I phoned I was told that the driver had already been two hours ago and I wasn’t in. But I definitely was! He must have gone to wrong address or rung wrong bell as I am in a block of flats.
Operator was helpful to arrange new delivery date but now I have to wait in on another day. Very disappointing. Why can’t they phone you when they arrive as standard procedure or give you a better idea of what time they are arriving by text message. There is technology to do this so why is the service so poor! And now I am running out of medication. Surely the service for medical conditions should be better than this?

Joe was very professional and polite. I have been having issues around getting my medication and having to chase it up. Joe has managed to arrange my medication in time for my next dose. Made all necessary arrangements and expIained times for delivery, etc. Felt very reassured. Thank you Joe.
