I uploaded the case to your team 31/01/25 and am still chasing for an initial response 11/02/2025 - no other equity release lender takes this amount of time to provisionally approve a case to sent to valuation. Very Poor.

I have just had the pleasure of having my over 60's mortgage arranged by Umar Khan. I am late to this game as I am a first time buyer, an Umar walked me through the process step by step, and found me a product that was suitable for me, and with a repayment I was more than happy with. A company that actually cares? What planet are they from you may ask.
LiveMore are filling a space that the traditional lenders are simply not interested in AND they are great and easy to deal with.
A pity there aren't more around like them doing other slightly off the norm things... there's certainly a need in many sectors.

Real company dealing with people's real live.
I am self employed and have been with my existing mortgage provider for more than 15 years. My fixed rate and terms of mortgage was coming to the end. For some strange reasons they couldn't provide me with new remortgage offer. I looked some other main street lenders as well, the same old story, "when computer said no, it is no".
When my new independent mortgage advisor looked at my circumstances, he suggested the Livemore would be the best place to apply. After providing all my real and actual income and expenses documents, just in matter of 3 weeks I got the offer from Livemore which I am grateful for.
It is unlike other lenders, a real company dealing with people's real live and financial circumstances.
I am very happy and satisfied for the quality quick service they provided me via my mortgage advisor.
I would definitely recommend Livemore Capital to others.
