I purchased an all metal cage and it was faulty when it arrived the metal bars were broken and bent and some parts were very sharp which cut my arm I have contacted the company and they refuse any refund stay clear the quality of the goods are very weak snd snap off stay clear!!

The cage is a generous size, and the stand is sturdy take your time ensuring all the parts are secure. The stand tray is spacious and give you plenty of room to store things.
The cage's opening gives easy access to your pet and for cleaning. Some plastic parts of the cage can be difficult to assemble as they fit tightly into each other. Overall a great cage for a dwarf hamster, I would not recommend it for a Syrian,

I had read all the reviews on here prior to purchasing my pet cage. I paid the £10 for the express delivery and when it arrived it was cracked. I immediately emailed and asked if I could send it back and get a refund however I didn't hear back. Therefore I emailed again a week later and still nothing. I then messaged them on their numerous social media platforms and yet again no reply. I have rang the number on their website and no answer. I am now £80+ down for a cage that is broken and has no use to me and have had to go out and buy a new one. I would not recommend this company at all and I am so devastated that I've lost my money.

Brought the rats cage ,was a little difficult to put together but after we did it it has given our rats a new sense of life, having multi levels and different places to eat and rest, they love it I think.

Ordered a cage and stand from here and even though there was an issue with the delivery and then missing parts for the stand (which wasn't there fault) I have to commend them on great customer service with quick responses and solutions, would not hesitate to use the company again and would certainly recommend.
