Would have been 5 stars but one of the water bottles ordered didn't have a wire to hold to the cage not a big deal bit was a little disappointed apart from that great service super fast dispatch and delivery and great products

The cage is good, it's a good size unfortunately it arrived battered with holes in the box, the metal sides of the cage are slightly bent and the design is extremely difficult to put together. Some of the clips were missing completely and the instructions to put it together were not only torn but literally just a picture. Now that the cage is put together there is no way of separating the top from the bottom for easy access to clean.

I ordered a cage for my chinchillas and when it arrived there were some of the clips missing, I messaged the company who got back to me within an hour they asked me to send pictures of what was missing and how many which I did and they sent out replacements the next day which we received the following day they also sent a free feeder bottle aswell. All in all a great service from a great company.

I’ll be honest , I’ve never heard of this company before today and was a bit skeptical when I was about to place my order however I don’t know where to start from , such a user friendly website , found exactly what I needed within seconds , placed the order with no hassle and within couple hours I received my shipment tracking and I’m expecting it within 24 hours of me placing my order , I’m speechless honestly , from being skeptical before ordering to now planning on having a shopping spree for my rabbit this company has definitely found the key in how to please customers , expect many more orders from me @littlepetwarehouse

Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered a hamster cage but the base arrived damaged (courier's fault)
I emailed Little Pets Warehouse and a new base was sent out. My first contact with them was at 1.30pm and my replacement arrive at 10am the following day, via a different courier. I would highly recommend them.
