Some of our delivery was broken and little let warehouse sent replacement parts immediately. Great service!

Very good delivery time ,the only fault was one of the bottom trays were slightly broke and a couple of bars on the cage were also broke

Ordered a cage on 22nd December so we could rehome two rats. The cage was delivered but the sections did not line up properly leaving big gaps (escape risk). We contacted them on the day of delivery (24th December) but did not receive a reply until 5th January.
Replacement sections sent out on 7th January, one of which was fine but the other had the same issue as the originals. We contacted them on 10th January, another replacement sent out on 12th January. This one had a faulty door. Lots of disputing with them claiming "the door and hinge alignment shown in your video is consistent with this model as a whole." Translated, it's poor quality so deal with it.
21st January they offered a refund and they collected the cage. By this point we'd missed out on rehoming two different sets of rats.
22nd January we ordered a different cage suitable for degus as we had found a couple that needed a new home. It arrived on 23rd January... with no wheels and screws to put it together. We could not collect the degus that weekend and inconvenienced the rescue centre.
26th January they sent out replacement screws and wheels. 27th January they arrived. The problem? They were for the cage we had returned, not the new cage. (If you need fixings for the Chatsworth cage, give me a shout). They were supposed to send out the correct wheels and screws the same day, but they didn't send them until the 28th. Well, they sent the screws but forgot the wheels. They didn't arrive at all.
30th January they eventually sent both the screws and the wheels. We just managed to get the cage constructed in time to be able to adopt our degus.
They also sent out the wrong colour hammock.

Items arrived quickly with lots of updates about where the order was up to before dispatch (and once it had reached the courier). Really pleased with the quality of the products.

The cage arrived damaged. Some of the bars were bent including the doors. The side panels don’t fix together, so there are gaps. No instructions were included, to explain how to safely install the platforms and ladders. I asked customer services if there were parts missing, such as clips to hold the sides in place. I was advised by customer service to use pliers to bend back the bars and doors, and was asked if any parts were missing. Asking me the questions I need them to answer isn’t helpful and hasn’t solved any of my issues with the cage. I don’t recommend this company, look elsewhere.

Avoid company un willing to help with there crap quality cages and also expect ypu to pay for postage to return. Poor customer service worst company ever Avoid. Please note they offered me to return it after it was made and I also had to pay to return i asked for little compensation so I could get the screw holes re threaded ect but no and I wouldnt pay to return a faulty item should be collected by them. It's been a month since we bought this cage for two rats, and I can leave an honest review. Don't waste your money. It's terrible! The plastic tray constantly detaches from the main structure, and I catch my animals all over the room every night. The design is simply not designed for safe, quality animal living.

I’ve used this company many times, but recently had an issue with the bars on the cage flaking when the cage arrived ..

I emailed them regarding this, and had a reply the same day, and the next day, new bars were sent out to me with no issues at all

I am basing this review on the customer service. We had placed an order and received a tracking number but had change of mind at the last minute and asked if we could cancel our order. This was done and a refund received very quickly.

There were a couple of issues regarding delivery that were dealt with promptly. Communication from the customer services team was effective and friendly. We are really happy with the Guinea pig home too. Thank you.
