Ordered hammocks for my rats, lots of different styles and materials to choose from. Always good quality products at great prices, have ordered from them before. And because my order was over £35.00 got free next day delivery. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase hammocks/ igloos.

Really fast shipping. Product arrived as expected. Only comments were the packaging was a bit shabby (just a piece of tape on the cardboard box which peeled by the time it arrived. No complaints so far (ordered 4 days ago)

I have a rat cage I ordered in December that came literally right away!! Super fast delivery and great service, I had a small error ordering stuff recently and they quickly helped me and I can’t wait to receive all my stuff!!!!! The cage is still in great condition and I will 10000% order again if the cage accessories are as good as the cage 😍😍

This review is not about the product this is about being misled. We ordered a cage which we were offered next day delivery but the the price of that was extortionate. We were given a date of delivery bythe Wednesday which would of been 21st May. We heard nothing received nothing. My partner emailed them to be told it would arrive around 21 June 🤣. Sorry but we ordered a cage as we needed it quickly. Can't phone this company they don't answer. I've tried dozens of times. So for a cage of nearly £200 we still haven't received, we have had to improvise. They cannot say it wasn't in stock when ordering as we were offered next day delivery and given a date. Now when you look on the ad it tells you differently as believe me we would not have put in the order. I told him to use Amazon he might listen in future. Edit in response. Ok so after reading that reply below is it not obvious that when we ordered the cage that it was down as in stock ???? Can you not accept that you got this wrong how would I know the extortionate cost of next day delivery etc. You did not amend your advertisement till after we ordered. Your fault no one else's, own it. Can U clearly not see the dates I've written down that came up when ordering for delivery?? U made a mistake everyone does it just you really do not like admitting fault. Amazon to the rescue 👍👍👍

Avoid This Cage – Unsafe for Guinea Pigs

I strongly advise against buying this cage if you're getting it for guinea pigs. The ramp is dangerously wide and completely unsuitable – it has no grip or wooden sides for safety. One of my guinea pigs actually fell because of it. This cage is more appropriate for dwarf rabbits, not guinea pigs.

As a temporary fix, I had to place two hayracks filled with newspaper to cover the large gap in the ramp, just to make it safer – but this issue hasn't even been acknowledged by the company.

There are several other problems:

The safety clips are poor, and the cage wobbles.

Cleaning is a nightmare – there's no proper access to the bottom unless you awkwardly lift out the top tray. A front panel (like the one at the top) would’ve made cleaning easier.

It doesn't come with a water bottle, food bowl, or secure platform – all basic things you'd expect.

The instructions were some of the worst I’ve ever come across – very unclear.

Customer service was disappointing. My concerns were ignored, and I was told there were no discounts. Later, I found one on Google, but they refused to refund the difference or even consider it.

Overall, the cage is not worth the money. It’s unsafe, poorly designed, and unprofessional. I regret this purchase.

i couldnt return item as Guinea pigs were settling in so to return it wasnt given an option really nothing was advised what they were stating making false claims its unacceptable also they didnt even offer any part refund nothing so had no choice to accept this ramp is dangerous be warned obsolivsly company dont care about the animal getting injured shame on them.it wasnt about the discount it was about the safty of the cage so that is a lie

Cage is damaged I have photos of it, it's broken in 2 places, it hasn't happened in transit as the box is not damaged, this cage was damaged before it's been packaged!
