This order was sent as a birthday present - The recepiant was very pleased with the gift and thought the bit size cakes were great due to the variety .
however the Royal Mail who you use to deliver the parcel sent it all around the country so the present arrived late - however the product survived.

The cakes all tasted the same (very sweet) banoffee and red velvet particularly were bad. The sign I ordered which was supposed to be individual candles spelling out Happy Birthday instead spelt Happy Dirthday. I reached out to the little cake company as soon as the incident happened - I am yet to receive a response. Very disappointed with the cakes I picked for my husbands birthday and also the awful sign I had to use as I had no alternative. I will not be returning.

Cakes still haven’t been delivered.I ordered them to be delivered on Saturday 1st August and they are now not being delivered until Monday 3rd August.
I am so apppalled.I have emailed to complain and have had zero response from the company.
I have emailed several times now demanding a full request of my money and await the response.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been.
We always recommend selecting a delivery date at least one day before the cakes are required. Although the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, courier delays can occasionally occur. Delivery a day in advance helps to ensure that everything arrives as expected and in good time for your occasion.
The cakes do keep for up to 14 days and we recommend storing them in the fridge until an hour prior to serving.

The delivery was super quick!
The delivery was super quick!! I ordered last minute and didn’t expect it to come next day! Once it came - the plan was to have it with a tea, however once I opened it I couldn’t resist. It smelt so good and there was even an ice pack in there to keep it cool so it doesn’t melt! It’s the little details! Not ashamed to admit that I ate all 9 without sharing in one sitting hahaha but honestly they taste so good! So glad I picked different flavours to try honestly all tasted so delicious! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried!! 9 wasn’t enough!!

The cakes are really dainty and initially look to be too small but they are very sweet and filling. Sadly, some of the toppings had become stuck to the box lid in transit so it might be worth revisiting how they are packaged, if possible. The flavours were fabulous (we had 18, all different) so it's well worth trying as many as you can!

The company certainly lives up to its name: the cakes were tiny; not a lot of cake considering the high price. They were also very sweet. On the whole, quite disappointing

For clarity, we include the dimensions of our cakes on each product page under the ‘Serving Size’ tab. Each Little Cake measures approximately 5cm tall and 4cm in diameter. We recommend allowing around 2 to 3 miniature cakes per adult and 1 to 2 per child, depending on the occasion.

The cakes look gorgeous on the photos, but in reality they are sooo tiny, not worth the money. Sorry, they taste nice, but the price for that size is too much.

I had this cake for my 60th birthday.The cake was absolutely delicious, and every single guest loved it! It was beautifully packaged and arrived right on time. I couldn’t be happier with my order. Ordered a vegan selection for my daughter’s birthday and they were all delicious, even non vegans commented on them. Arrived day before event as advised on website and were packed very well. Stored in fridge before the event, will certainly recommend them and will buy again. 👍

So disappointed
I placed an order for my Granddaughter's Birthday in 6 days time. Nothing arrived. It was difficult to find a way to contact them....eventually got through using a WhatsApp message. The reply I got from them asked me how I would like them to proceed? Obviously I would like the order sent to my Granddaughter. I got no reply; and now over 8 days later I am still waiting for confirmation that the cakes have been sent. I don't think they have! A special treat for her Birthday Party has not happened and I am almost £30 out of pocket!

A missing cake
I was embarrassed and disgusted when my daughter opened the boxes of cakes I had ordered for her party, as there was a cake missing!! Just an empty compartment! This was a very expensive omission especially as the cakes themselves were tasty but really tiny. One bite. I shan’t order any more cakes from this company
