Order #95391 - due for delivery today -30/10/26- but never arrived. No phone number for this company so had to WhatsApp and IG message but no reply.
Royal Mail physically received the parcel 19:51 pm on 29 October 2026 at Greenford Mail Centre. That is past the tracked 24 delivery cut off time so they would never have arrived on time. I had no cake for my partners birthday even though I ordered in advance and also contacted the company earlier this week. Absolutely gutted I burst out crying. I wish I never ordered from here and wish I read the reviews.

Fabulous service. Wonderful cakes that can be enjoyed by all. Definitely worth every penny .

Ordered 9 curated selection for an intimate wedding celebration. When opened firstly the cakes themselves look much lower quality that how they are shown on the site but also it was completely the wrong order with a "cake card" showing the wrong order again. This was obviously for a small group. I emailed with photos and followed up over the weekend. I got a reply offering replacement or store credit on the monday, I explained that neither of those would work given the celebration has passed. I asked for a refund and was told as some of the cakes matched my order they would refund for only the number of incorrect ones. Safe to say that's pretty poor service, didn't refund the delivery and didn't refund in full, state amount of refund or time it would take to refund. I was so looking forward to a reason to use this company but it was a totally disappointing experience.

Absolutely perfect and such a surprise for my husband. I did try to tell him that they would keep but he enjoyed them so much they didn’t last long!
Will definitely order again in time for my birthday!

I ordered mini cakes for my son’s birthday party on Friday, with delivery scheduled for Saturday. The party was on Sunday.

The company uses Royal Mail for deliveries, and I simply requested that the parcel be delivered to a Royal Mail collection point rather than my home, to make sure someone would be available to receive it. This is a service Royal Mail itself offers.

The cakes didn’t arrive until Monday, the day after the party, making the entire order completely pointless.

To make matters worse, although the company offers Saturday delivery, their customer service is completely unavailable over the weekend. I tried contacting them by email, WhatsApp and phone, with no success.

When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming that the delivery issues were not their responsibility because I had redirected the parcel.

Sorry, but YOU chose Royal Mail as your delivery provider. If your chosen courier fails to deliver, you cannot simply wash your hands of the situation and blame the customer.

After reading other reviews, I’ve realised this is far from an isolated incident.

I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism, accountability and customer care. Refusing to take any responsibility or offer a refund for products that arrived too late to serve their purpose is simply unacceptable.

Extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, a very dishonest way to treat customers. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

The cakes were absolutely delicious with the texture of homebaked cake and wonderful flavours in each different topping/filling.

I will definitely order again and highly recommend these as a lovely gift or cakes for a special occasion (or just an excuse to eat cake!)

First time I’ve used the Little Cake company and am very impressed. Cakes are delicious and many flavours to choose from. The packaging is great with a cooling bags to ensure freshness. Definitely use them again

I ordered some of the little cakes for my Grandson’s birthday and him and his friends thoroughly enjoyed them. So I will be sending some more to another lucky person. The delivery service was also very good.

Ordered a batch of little cakes for my daughter's birthday. She loved them and we had a video Whats App birthday tea. They came carefully packed and were delivered quickly. Would recommend, she loved the variety and savoured every little bite. Thank you for making her birthday special for her.

We haven't sampled our cakes yet as they are due for delivery on the 10th September. However, we contacted the little cake company for some advice and they were really helpful in advising us on our choices

My friend loved her cakes. Well presented and a real treat. Didn’t love the postage, seems a lot. Overall tho, a great gift.

The website is easy to use and the service and delivery was fantastic. The cakes weren't for me but apparently they were beautiful, both to look at and eat.
The company was recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend to anyone else.

The cakes taste fabulous and they even have veggie and vegan choices for my friends and family. My friend ordered me these for my birthday and they were so nice, i ended ordering for one of my friends too, what a great idea and gift would definitely recommend-shipping was on time too and cakes have a decent date on them

Superb company to buy from, such a mouthwatering selection of delicious cakes plus extras. Bought to let a friend know we are thinking of him and was even able to include a card as well as a lovely tin of teabags. The cakes are presented in lovely packaging too that keeps them safe and all delivered on time. Our friend tried the lemon one first and said one word…wow. We will definitely be buying from The Little Cake Company again and would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience. I ordered cakes for delivery on 13 August, but they arrived over 24 hours late on 14 August during extremely hot weather. As these are chilled, perishable products, I was understandably concerned about the extended time spent in transit.

Rather than properly addressing those concerns, the company suggested there had been an issue with the delivery address and offered a replacement at 50% of the original order value plus shipping. In other words, I was expected to pay again for products that arrived late and that I no longer felt comfortable consuming.

The cakes may not have shown obvious physical damage, but the fact remains that they were delivered more than a day late in hot weather and I was left with no reassurance regarding their condition.
Unsatisfactory outcome
